Food Panda — food yet not delivered

Hi my name is uday and my order id : s4wx-2rzf, since 2 hours iam been waiting for the food and its still showing as preparing, previously it happened the same and yet i dint get my money back,

Its a worst then ever i have seen still now among all food apps.& there is no customer support number even

By 3- 4 working days if i don't get my feedback reply and money back i shall have to show all the details and file a case among you ppl
