Food Panda — foodpanda offers and delivery

Hi, I get notifications from food panda app as there were many offers n I ordered but food was not delivered n my money got deducted many times and was not refunded.the order delivery would be very late incase if I receive the food. They fool people with their offer notifications. N no customer care to support the situation n guide us wt is happening, worst experience n worst app
