Food Panda — foodpanda - order "y7sv-0bvh" couldn't deliver - promised refund not done even after 10 working days

I am really disappointed to see that the very first purchase from food panda proves to be a nightmare for me. I have been kept waiting for my order for 60 minutes just to know that the same has been cancelled by foodpanda on 23rd sep2018 and adding fuel to the fire, i have not received my amount back rs 719 even after 10 working days as food panda has mentioned.
