Food Panda — I am complaining about my order delivered yesterday after online payment being done | |||||
This is naveen melavanki, yesterday i had ordered from rajdhani around 7.45pm, order was confirmed at 8.00pm, but i did not recieve my order till 9.30pm. I contacted the supoort and started the chat, they said that the delivery boy is not logged in so he is not taking your order. This is not customers problem, i was not at all updated about this. I had even made online payment for the same and kept on waiting for 2.5 hrs. The supoort person named mandeep joined the chat, but he was so irresponsible that he was taking so long to reply for my texts, did not even bother to resolve the problem and just left the chat in between the conversation. This is the worst service i have ever seen. Food panda is so underrated. I am filing a case in consumer against foodpanda for such irresponsible customer support. I did not even recieve my refund. There is no customer care number too to talk. The customer should sit and chat for hour together to tell our problem caused by you people. I am even tweeting this.
