Food Panda — incomplete order on top of it indirect blame put on consumer for telling a lie | |||||
I had made an order on food panda app dated 18 oct 2017. Order was made from kakaji's restraunt whitefield bangalore. Food panda delivery guy mixed up the order and when i reported the issue of missing items in my order first time they told restaurant is closed (When i checked with first agent) second time they told that restaurant guy told them that he has sent the item. Further wrote there standard script we are sorry for inconvenience... Take this as exception... Indirectly putting the blame on customer of lying. And asked me to check myself with restaurant. When i did a proper investigation it was found that the delivery guy messed up two orders. And on asking for refund initiation ticket they gave me a cold reply that they will check with restaurant owner. Earlier also once i got a different item in my order. That time when i raised the issue they told that u consumed what u got else we could have initiated a refund. This time they first tried to put it on customer then not ready to accept the fault and initiate the refund and then left the chat i have attached all screenshots of chat.
