Food Panda — missing item as a part of order | |||
I order few items from one of the Chandigarh based food vendor (Miso Hungry) from Sector 34 Market. When i received the order, i noticed that the order was incomplete as one of the item ordered was missing. I tried to contact Food panda customer care thrice and explained my issue, they said that they can provide a refund of 50 rupee maximum as per the policy whereas the item price what I have paid was rs 90/-. This is completely unacceptable and draws under unfair practices. Moreover, my chat session was ended very un-obviously. When I tried to contact the vendor, he argued with me that he has placed 2 ordered quantities of the order in the one box only. I have never seen such an order in which someone has packed 2 quantities in one box, whereas there has been the scenario where if I have ordered 1 full plate it has been packed in two boxes as the quantity is more. This completely shows how small businesses are cheating customer just to cover the amount which has been marketed by Food Panda Pvt. Ltd. Was this information helpful? | |||
