Food Panda — money not refunded

My reference id is [protected]. I had ordered food on september 4, 2018 and the restaurant has cancelled the order but food panda had already deducted the amount. I was informed that the amoiunt will be refunded within 7 to 10 days but the amount is still not credited in my account.

There is no contact number through which we can solve the issue.
