Food Panda — my money has been deducted, the app shows delivery has been made but i did not receive any delivery

I placed two orders at around 4:30 one of which got cancelled and the other was dispatched. After an hour of waiting when i contacted the delivery guy he received and and disconnected without speaking. The app immediately showed that the delivery was made but its been around half an hour that i haven't received any delivery, the live chat feature wont work and the delivery guy isn't receiving my calls.
Pathetic service.
