Food Panda — not received an order even online payment has been done through paytm

I have ordered a food on 01/10/2018 at 7:11 Pm with the Order No. w7mv-t4hv and already paid the charge from the Paytm.
I have been waiting since more than 2.5 hour still the app showing the status as your food is preparing. I am trying to contact to Foodpanda Customer care but mentioned number([protected]) is switched off. After contacting to respective restaurant, I got t know that food is ready but delivery boy is not coming to receive the order.
It's sincerely request to Foodpanda team, do not play with the customer's time. You are providing the service means you should be follow your rules and regulations as well because we are paying for your service.

I want money back...!
