Food Panda — not received my order

I have made an order using one of Foodpanda's promotional offers.
But i didn't get my order despite it being prepaid.
I have tried chatting with their customer service multiple times but they are unresponsive.
I have marked an email to Foodpanda's customer care and also have transcripts of the chats.
They are trying to dupe people through these offers.

After 3 hours, They intiated a refund request and issued a meagre appology but I had to waste my time and efforts in getting through to them.

They cannot cause such inconvenience to the consumer with such a casual and lethargic approach and falsified offers.

I will raise further complaints so that the company faces some ramifications over such behaviour towards customers.

Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Tarun Sarin They have updated the status to cancelled now, as they have initiated the refund.
FOODPANDA should be reprimanded for this as theybhave kept me waiting for 3 hours showing that the order was delivered and when they got caught, they changed the status so casually.
What a convenient way to play with the customer at their own will.
