I have made an order using one of Foodpanda's promotional offers.
But i didn't get my order despite it being prepaid.
I have tried chatting with their customer service multiple times but they are unresponsive.
I have marked an email to Foodpanda's customer care and also have transcripts of the chats.
They are trying to dupe people through these offers.
After 3 hours, They intiated a refund request and issued a meagre appology but I had to waste my time and efforts in getting through to them.
They cannot cause such inconvenience to the consumer with such a casual and lethargic approach and falsified offers.
I will raise further complaints so that the company faces some ramifications over such behaviour towards customers.
