Food Panda — order cancellation /refund problem

From last 10 days you disappointed me, at least you cancel my 6 orders that is fine but after that you said you money will be transfer in 7 days or 10 working days, as i am waiting from last 15 days i didn't get my money... So please refund my money as soon as possible,, if you can't fulfill my words then i will take an action regarding my refund and i have the proof also...

3-4 days ago i made a payment of 149 rs but the order was cancel automatically and till now I don’t get my refund.
My order id was- f0eb-9d1w please revert as soon as possible
