Food Panda — order delayed then no response and cancelled

I ordered dinner then I didn’t get it in 1 hour then I connected with customers care through chat but also they are responding well after many followup, they canceled order. It taken 2 hour
Really disappointed, now where i go for dinner
No matter, people hungry or not. They are just doing ### things. CUSTOMER CARE checked delivered order and cancelled that one
