Food Panda — order is not delivered and made me wait for 5 hours

I have ordered a food item # f4ca-rroy at 12.45 pm on 10/3/2018. Till evening 6pm my order has not been delivered nor got cancelled. On 10/4/2018 my order is in delivered status. I have raised my concern through foodpanda chat but no concern nor a response.

You people made me starve and i am vexed with your service please take necessary action.
