Food Panda — order not delivered but payment was deducted

I had ordered Momos my order code g8tk-mlwl

The order was never delivered, they deducted the money from my bank account

And the status of the order is showing as delivered

The time of picking up the order, delivery time, receipt of the order is same, that cannot be possible

The delivery executive is Anuj, contact no [protected] id 66357

I am attaching my chat with the customer executive, they continuously kept informing me that the order will be delivered but it was never delivered, l have also attached my payment details and also a screenshot of the fact that the pickup of order from.the restaurant time, on the way time and delivered time are all the same. That is not possible
