Food Panda — order not received and didn't receive refund.

I have ordered in food panda 1 day back but, the order executive is not assigned to my order even after waiting for more than 1hour. It is when i approached support team and had a chat. I was said that my order will be cancelled and i will be getting refund details within 1 woking day. But, i didn't receive any update yet. Besides, i got a mail saying that the order is received by me. I didn't get any order. Can u please look into the issue and try to refund the amount as promised by your team.
