Food Panda — Paid amount for Ola store, but not showing order details

I have ordered some groceries from Ola store, amount is deducted from my bank account from your company, but it is not showing whether order is accepted or not, same problem arised yesterday, it is showing to pay again, I called customer care number but no response.please solve this issue, and let me know whether order will come or not,
