[Resolved] Food Panda — Poor quality service | |||||
I placed my order at 9pm, which was replaced once as the restaurant denied the order. This order was again declined, hence I asked them to replace again with another restaurant. But they didn't do, instead they kept on saying its not declined. Even 1 guy assured the delivery. After 2 and half hour, they apologized for not able to deliver the order. Total waste of time and money. Also, the customer care executive was offering ₹50 compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
