I ordered my lunch today at 12:30 pm. It's almost 2:00 pm now. Neither they have confirmed my order nor have they cancelled it. It's a complete harassment i am facing l. Last night the same thing happened with mr twice. If they are not willing to fulfil customers order then why the hell they are running the app even. First, they allure the customers by sending messages about exciting offers and then after receiving the online payments they disappear. And we the customers keep waiting with our empty stomachs. There's not even a helpline number on which we can connect with them.
