Food Panda — refund not processed since the last 15 days

I ordered food on 13th sept which was cancelled as the restaurant was not able to deliver the food for some reason. I received a mail on the same day from foodpanda regarding the refund which they processed and time required to receive the refund amount. (7-10 days). Its more than 15 days now and i have not received my refund also did not receive any response on mails sent to their customer care team.

I have still not received any mails or calls from Foodpanda. The amount is still not refunded by them.

I m place order in 27th September and money online pay but orderd not delivered and show in app order successfully delivered but orderd not delivered and no refund money. Pls don't use foodfanda

They are so arrogant accepted my order taken payment and denied order no refund made I asked them to cash on delivery as I only have cash they denied I am sleeping hungry thanks to fp gonna uninstall this app

I have not received my order and app show about delivery of order... I called 40 times delivery boy but he havnot picked up phone... Fraud company, Fraud People and thief ...
Will initiative a movement to not order food from such fraud company...
