Food Panda — regarding debit non delivery of food items

Hi madam/sir,
Below are the orders number, we ordered dinner respectively from last two nights :

2 - v2jp-7xkk

They confirmed our order, status changed to "preparing", but we waited till midnight, the order was not delivered to us. We contacted the restaurant, the food was ready but the foodpanda delivery guy didnt reach. They could have informed us earlier instead of waiting for hours for food. We stayed hungry last night and tonight also we people are staying hungry.

Screenshot attached with this mail, still executive not assigned at 00:18 hours, the status is showing "preparing".

And the same case must be happening over many places, please take action against it.
