Food Panda — to be delivered product was not delivered

I order an order online from food panda making the payment online. After some time i saw that the status of the order is marked as delivered, but i had not received the order. This order was made on 4th oct. I chat with the food panda on their mobile app. Everyone said after hearing the issue that we will be back. This happened with me around 6 times.

Food panda offers some coupons and by using them order doesn't get delivered. This is ridiculous. After wait of 3 Hrs they finally cancels complaint not by themselves. After we chat with support they inform that order get cancelled.

Food Panda should close their service
So, it’s been three hours now since i ordered a chocolate churro from food panda and haven’t received it yet. didn’t expect such poor service by such a big brand. either i want 2 free churros in the next 24 hours or i’m going to file a complaint in consumer court. poor service!

We are so disappointed with food panda ordering. We need justice. They are not even responding properly. There is much delay for the order which non acceptable and annoying
