Food Panda — unethical behaviour by your employee and late food delivery | |||||
I had ordered from cfc through food panda app. It said it was express delivery, i. E. If not delivered within 45min, 100% cashback of the ordered food. But they cancelled my order automatically after an hour. Then i was told that you would be getting a rs 50 voucher which i outrightly rejected it. They did not clarify about the reason for cancellation. I had to reorder and it took another hour to deliver that order. Guests were present in my house and it took them 2.5 hrs hrs to deliver the order. Is this the standard of service that you provide. Its such a shame.
