Food Panda — unprofessional and rude behaviour | |||||
I ordered my food at around 10:45 p. M on oct 2, 2018. One delivery executive was assigned to order and after 30 mins, the delivery executive was changed. After 1 hour of placing the order, i started chatting with support, who replied after 20 mins (I. E. 12:00 am) that "since the order is delayed, should i cancel the order?". Now, at 12:00 am, i am here without any food, without any sense of action from foodpanda, and since the restaurants are closed now, i can't even order food from anywhere. The order was not delivered ultimately, with foodpanda cancelling the order without my consent and leaving me stranded without any food. Was this information helpful? | |||||
