[Resolved] Food Panda — Unsatisfactory service

Yesterday I have ordered from KFC from your app around 9:00 PM with the name of Arjun Govil.
First of all there was no contact number given from your end to whom we should connect for our order delivery, also when I was trying to connect with your Live chat they are not assisting us properly, they are not responding to our queries.after 2 hours we get connected directly to KFC merchant, & he said there was no vendor from FOOD PANDA to receive this order,
Then KFC dispatched our order from 3rd party, & the order was not in the condition to eat it was become cold, because we received at 11:30 PM at night.which we have ordered at 9:00 pm
So I would request you Food Panda to refund my money.
