Hi team, I have placed an order yesterday at 10:30 pm. I have received my order so far. Till today morning the status was reflecting as still getting prepared. Isn't it rediculous. I have ordered yesterday night and till today morning it's shows preparing. I wonder all of a sudden the status was changed as delivered. Are you kidding us??? Seriously i tried chatting with the support people but couldn't get any reply. I haven't seen this kind of response on the other food delivering sites. Please initiate a refund. I'll share the details of the order. I have paid through patym. Is that why the negligence comes into the picture. I really need a valid reason behind this fake delivery.
