Food Panda — worst experience with foodpanda

Hi,

I placed an order on food panda (Order id: w7xw-gnvc) and the issue is order cancelled after 60 min automatically every time they give reasons either of restaurant or of delivery person. This happened numerous time... And now i advise people not to order food through food panda. Please also include negative star in your ratings so that suffers like me can give you a negative review through that stars

I placed two orders on 30sep.an both order cancelled coz of pathetic service but I didn't get my money back when I chat with you guys they told me that already money credited to my phone pay when I talked with phone pay they informed that foodpanda not refunded yet
