Food Panda — wrong quantity delivered | |||||
Hi there, I am very disappointed because of the nonprofessional behavior of Foodpanda restaurant then Foodpanda support executives. Today I placed an order for Gulab Jamun from Kathi Junction via Foofpanda app. In the image, it has been shown 4 pieces. I added three quantity total so ideally, I should have received 12 pieces in total. I received just 6 pieces all in one packet. The picture is attached below for reference. I did even ask the delivery guy but he said that all 12 pieces have been packed in one packet. When I opened I saw only 6 pieces of Gulab jamun. I complain to the delivery guy but he asked to talk to the Foofpanda. I had a long chat with a support executive and then somehow received a call from the supervisor who also failed to tell me why was I given the less quantity. Her answers were that this restaurant does the same they provide only 2 pieces in one plate. Now my question is as followed: 1. Why there is a wrong image shown? 2. Where do you mention that this order will have two pieces only? 3. Why was I offered half of my total amount as a refund in starting then she denied for the same as well by the chat support? 4. Does Foodpanda have no control over the restaurant? 5. In past I had received Rasgulla where the image was shown to have 4 pieces and had received indeed 4 pieces now this time why the rule is changed and why did you not mention? 6. I am willing to get both of them penalized because of their nonprofessional behavior. 7. This is just a smart way of cheating a consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
