Hi - please file a complaint against rider jai yadav [protected], indirapuram on using abusing language and or customer harassment. He did not deliver the food ordered and was saying that it has been snatched by other food panda riders as he was the only sissy baby on the road. He did not even informed us on that incident after waiting for the food for 1.5 hours, i called him again and again asking for the issue. He made fun o[censored]s with his rider friends and abused as well in return. I do not know why you guys hire such illiterate riders who don't know anything about customer service. He also told me that he joined 15 days ago and this is his first job. I request you to cancel his rider license as he has no manners to talk and also he was threatening in his voice as well. I heard that you guys are hiring 60 k more riders in next 2 months. Ironically restros are still accepting orders even after the riders strike for making more money. Riders are not delivering the food in return, its impacting customers only. No customer care number is available and refund is still pending. Please find the screenshots attached. I request you to please help me in refund my amount as god knows how will you survive if you expand like this.
