Foodpanda — i'm complaining about fraudulent transaction (request a refund)

I got a offer in the foodpanda app for a dish, i ordered the food, the payment was done online but it was cancelled by the restaurant.in the app it is mentioned like the money will be refunded within 7 working days. Its been like two weeks still i'm not getting the money and when i tried to refer the order code, i has been deleted. No support from the foodpanda support community too. This happened for the second time and third time too. Please do consider this seriously, because millions of people are using the app for its fancy offers.
