Food panda never refunded the order they cancelled for some reasons. I have contacted them 10 times on chat support and email.
Every time I contact they say I will receive refund in 15 days. I received a email that they gave me refund, but I never received money in my Credit Card or PayTM walled. Even Paytm and foodpanda.in have some connection as I never got issue resolved and tired of contacting them.
I am filing a case in consumer court and will claim lawyer fees from foodpanda.in this time.

THEY ARE SO CONFIDENT BUT I NEVER RECEIVED REFUND IN EITHER CC OR WALLET. THEY KNOW HOW LONG YOU WILL FOLLOWUP AND WILL GIVE UP ONE DAY. Was this information helpful? |
