[Resolved]  Foodpanda — no refund

I got deducted amount for 2 orders and they said refund will be credited in 3-4 days but it almost 12 days no refund at all and i repoted that they were asking to send my bank account statements i sent them still no refund. They are not intiating my refund
It occured on 29/09/18 and 01/10/2018
I requesting my refund.
