Foodpanda — Paid online for order did not receive order and no refund | |||||
I had placed online order for food delivery from FoodPanda, did not receive the delivery even after waiting for more than 2 hours when promised time was within 1 hour. After contacting the customer care i was told the order amount also cannot be refunded even if the order has not been delivered. FoodPanda is operating online food delivery www.foodpanda.in I have all transaction details and logs for the order placed and even the statement from food panda that they will not give me refund even though i did not receive my order Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered food by 8pm and it's 10pm now. Till now it's not delivered. They are still telling as I will get in half an hour. 2.5 hours for delivering one dish is worst. It's the worst ever app I used as customer service by delivery. I'm still waiting for this idiotic delivery guy.
