Foodpanda — refund not received | |||||
I ordered some food and paid online then i received a call from foodpanda that the merchant doesnt have the food at the moment so they cancelled my order and asked me to place another order. They promised me that the refund will be received within 10 days. Its been over a month now when i contact foodpanda chat service they told me there was a error and refund request was not successful twice from foodpanda's end. I am very angry and tired of getting same answer but not refund. I am going to take string action now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The rider didn't knock my door at all, im going out and called him . after that he didn't say thank you to me but i did . didn't smile to me and he looks like mad at me because he can't found my house . im really disapointed . the name is wan . he send me ayam penyet from alpha angel .
