As we have to travelling from jodhpur to kota via jaipur... petrol pipe got leaked or damaged in jaipur... we called road side assistance, they toied our vehicles and just informed us you will got call early morning... but today morning we called 50+ calls customer care but no one is responding.. there is no emergency services in ford??.. here they are saying we have 3 consecutive holiday we can't assist you before tuesday... everyone is celebrating diwali... is this is your services In india... in emergency we stuck in midway.. no one is helping out of this... we have called concerned manager where our car went for repair.. mr. Vipul jain.. service manager.. k s ford malviya nagar... but he's also not responding just says we cant do anything before Tuesday.. everyone is celebrating festival... and we are no where...

    I am seeing lots of problem in my car related to the engine of my car. After every 2-3 weeks, the car is unable to start and I have to push it to start the car. There is no issue of low battery. Due to this, my brakes and steering also locks making it difficult to do anything. Also, I have reached all the nearest service centre of Ford but no one is able to recognize the problem. The service in Jharkhand is very poor for Ford. And it is very difficult to take my car to service centre outside the state. I am really unhappy with the service and with the car. My car is ecosport and it is a Sports model. I would like Ford India to look forward towards my problem or else I will be left with no choice other than to change my car.       I have Buy Ford Ecosport Titanium in April 2018, vehicle no MH46BE4785, I have done regular servicing of vehicle, last 7 Months car was in parking, when care start following issue noticed
      1. Hand break light showing on display
      2. ABS light appears on display board
      3. Start / stop push button response slow

      Vehicle send to your authorized M/s Bhavna Foard service Turbe Navi Mumbai . He is telling there is issue in ABS module and required expenditure is around Rs35000 /
      last 3days vehicle is with your service center no development, if within short span of time such a big issue come in Renaud brand is not expected, I feel it should be repairing in under warranty

          Hi Ford,

          I was shocked with the service cost. My vehicle is flooded at hyderabad on 13th october, I gave it for repair, Once the repair is done parking lights are not off though car is locked, .

          To repair it the approximate bill they quoted is 2, 86, 170 rupees. Is this fair with ford. Please get back to me on this.

              I paid an advance of Rs 5000/- to Capital Ford, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 25.09.2020 for repair of my vehicle Global Ford Fiesta. I was told the approximate amount of repair will be Rs.[protected]. I was also provided the repairing requirement. But when I delivered my vehicle for service along with the repair requirement, the estimate given to me now shot up to 55, 000/- with same repair requirement. I I objected to sudden increase in the pricing and did not want to repair my vehicle. They promised me to return the advance amount but are not returning the amount in spite of talking to them several times. Advance payment made on 25.09.2020 to Gargson properties, Bhubaneswar from Debit card. Please intervene.

                From last 2 months my car started vibrations, and I m not able to get any satisfaction from service centers. After so many visits regarding same they change one engine mounting but the problem still same ...now I m getting disappointed from ford service, olease help me out .

                  I have been a subject of harassment by CAPITAL FORD BBSR(FORD INDIA) Their servicing facilities are really disgusting. I had never expected such a horrible thing would happen but unfortunately it has been an annoying experience for me to be their customer.
                  My car was in a very good condition, but my key broke and the anti-theft was enabled.
                  I was advised by Ford helpline, that the vehicle has to be towed on (5.OCT.2020) to the service center and it landed up in Capital Ford, Mancheswar.
                  Day 1: They told me they will change the lock set and do a general servicing after which the car will function as before and will return the car the next day.

                  Day 2: They changed the lock but they informed me that there is some programming error due to the faulty lock system and now they will have to order a new lock set which will take 5 to 7 days.

                  Day 7: The new lock was placed in the vehicle and programming was successful and during the general servicing they complained about the oil tank being faulty now and advised to replace it.

                  Day 8: Once the oil tank was replaced, immediately after that they told me that the A.C was not working. Whereas the A.C was working perfectly fine before handing over the car to Capital Ford. So they asked to replace the cooling coil.

                  Day 15: After replacing the cooling coil, they are telling me now that the odometer is not working. Whereas they had sent me a photo of the odometer on (13.OCT.2020) as a proof of kilometers used in testing by What's Up.

                  By now I had lost my patience. I mean this is ridiculous. How is it possible that a car in a very good working condition goes to the servicing center and then each day some or the other problem crops out? This is clearly a depiction of fraudulence and malicious intention of scouring money from your customers. My Car is still lying in their Service center.

                    I have a ford aspire car run almost 48000km. Now, I am facing issue with pickup and it's acceleration. When I start and accelerate it fully but car runs at 10kmph and if I accrelerate it by pressing clutch, rpm doesn't increase. I complaint it so many time to adiv ford ghaziabad but no action have been taken by them. I started facing this problem when they repaired my car few months ago. My car mostly stays with them since then. I have spent so much my hard earned money on my car but they were unable to resolve it. Now it's ac is not working as it used to be. Once I was facing problem with my air duct, it was loose and causing some kind of sound, instead of changing it or place it correctly, they have rapperd it by some kind of foam and then applied some kind of glue on it. They return your car dirty and ask you to bring next time for cleaning. Always miss their deadline to return the car.

                      My clutch is also became so stiff just after 15K kms of replacing it. When I came here to file a complaint I have seen hundreds of ford owners complaining about the same. And complaining to ford gave me a reply saying that it's drivers issue. I have driven lakhs of kilometer with many other cars including VW polo, and even ford freestyle. And never had this issue, and then still they blame me for the clutch problem. There is something very bad design issue with ford ecosport clutches. Otherwise how can this be a constant issue for this many customers all together. I am also thinking moving legally. If any one else want to join can mail me at muhsin.[protected]@gmail.com

                      They have changed the clutch with only the labor charges of 3.76k and assured they will look into the root cause of the problem. I am satisfied with the response I have received from ford customer service team and Kairali ford Thrissur team.

                        My car went for routine servicing on its 3rd year (13000 km approx)on 04.10.2020 to Banerjee Ford, Durgapur. I would like to mention my car had no issues at all. I was charged an amount of Rs. 7500 for the servicing. A few days following the same my car did not start at all. Technicians arrived and concluded that the vehicle got self locked. They somehow managed to ignite but I really do not understand their logic which said that I must not put it on gear while on rest rather it should be kept in neutral. I drove a Suzuki car for nearly 5 years and never faced this problem. Also I did not face any such problem with my ecosport before this servicing. I just need to know where the problem prevails- is this a result of poor servicing or the problem is in the car model itself. Additionally, the service executives are extremely unprofessional and rude and now I think they are only concerned about money.

                          Sir,
                          This is to inform you that the behaviour with customer is just not good. Mr. Raja I don't know who he is, is an alcoholic man and has no decency of how to speak to the customer. I visited the workshop yesterday to check how and when I will recieve my vehicle. When I reached there I got to know that a part called TCM had been replaced outside from the workshop. I tried explaining to everyone at the workshop that we never got it changed and it's not possible that we got it changed. He started lashing out at me and the way he was speaking to me I felt like some shallow person who did something wrong. I have other cars also fr bmw to mercedes and other companies nobody has the right to speak to the customer like that. Please guide me why shouldn't I take legal action against Mr. Raja.

                            My car was not starting due to faliure 14 sept 2020. I called ford roadside assistance and got my car toed same day.
                            At the time of towing they checked the car and my driver side rear view mirror was working and folding. They took it to the delhi ford service center okhla and when they returned the car to me after 2 days the side mirror was fixed with some kind of gum and was not moving and had dent and scratches on it. They did not even bother to mention this dent in the summary they provided. Now they are not willing to accept their fault and fixing my mirror. I am disappointed on the ford performance as they have done the damage and denying it and asking me to pay for it and come to service center and get it fixed at the time of covid. I have already now got it fixed at other ford service center for the cost of 2136 inr. I want them to pay for the damages.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I am writing this email in utter distress and seeking for a big support from Ford India Management.

                              Below series of events will denote how much as a ford figo customer, went through risk, pain and monetary losses.

                              1) I took my car to get it serviced from Tanish Ford, Wazirabad-Gurgaon on 03-Sep. I had exclusively told the service engineer that I am planning for a long drive back home (almost 900 kms) with my family (2 little kids).

                              He said, he will take care of it.

                              2) While accepting the delivery of the car in the evening, I noticed that backdoor car locks were not working. They were working perfectly before delivery since both my kids sit at the back.

                              They took some more time and got it fixed. My first set of doubt started here.

                              3) Now, next day i.e. 04-Sep, my central lock stopped working and my car doors were not opening. Neither by remote or by the keys directly. I went back again and got it inspected. I was told that central lock mechanism has stopped working.

                              My second doubt started here. I was told that it was just a coincidence and I have to bear 50% of the charges for the central lock system. I tried to negotiate but they said it was not their mistake.

                              My question? How come everything starts falling apart just after the car was serviced.

                              4) The real torture started when we started our journey. I drove around 350 kms and all my caution lights like (Engine, Oil, handbrake) started flashing in one go. I was on a highway with no help around.

                              It was frustrating and scary.

                              With 3 hours on highway, I somehow managed to reach the nearest destination (Gwalior). There I put my family in a hotel (with corona risk) and spent whole day in one of your other service centers in Gwalior - Samadhia Ford.

                              You can check my entry there as well.

                              They thoroughly checked my car for many hours but still, could not fix it.

                              5) I somehow managed to bring it back to my hometown - Indore. It was hell of a ride with 2 little kids and all our luggage. It's still not usable and all my caution lights still blinking.

                              Please think and suggest, how a car which was running fine with minimal usage started developing so many problems after a single service.

                              Not sure if I will receive the required support but there is always HOPE.

                              And with same hope, I expected Ford India Management to intervene and provide a justified solution here.

                                Hi,

                                I got my car (Ford Ecosport) serviced from Saluja Ford, Solan recently on 3rd September 2020 and paid 26, 000 plus bill only for service and some change of parts including all four Soocers and breakpads.

                                Due to work commitments, i could not drive the vehicle for 15-20 days. I took leave and left with colleagues to Spiti Valley.

                                I could not even move upto Kufri from my home of Shimla, the car was not having adequate pickup and breaks were not working.

                                Had to stop in Kufri, shown the car to one mechanic, paid around 500 rs again on checking of breaks and some accelerations.

                                Later, from the next day there is strange sound from Front driver side tyre which looks to be Soocer related issue. The voice is irritating and i had to complete the trip in fear that something may go wrong with the car on the way to Spiti and the area is called No Man's land.

                                I am completely fedup with this response of car post spending so much on service based on the recommendation of service manager.

                                  They opened my car starter one week ago and now say they dont have a new part to replace - why did they open it then - they also dont tell me when thy will get the part - they dont reply to my calls - i have to keep ringing them up and all thy say is we dont know - i am a senior citizen and being harrased by this company - if they did not have a spare part thy should have told me to go to another workshop

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Me having ford figo car gj10 ap 0837. I am happy with my car since i purchased and running excellent.

                                    Problem starts while doing journey from jamnagar city to bhavnagar city, my car having problem and not giving much power and pick-up.

                                    I went to authorized ford car center (Siddhivinayak ford) in bhavnagar and informed my car problem. They checked and informed me that my car having "injectors" problem and need to service all 4-nos injectors and required 3 days time to solve problem and they fail to give me car timely. Again they ask more time to service injectors and again fail to handover my car timely.

                                    This siddhivinayak ford showroom is in bhavnagar city and my hometown is jamnagar city, so i cant stay more in bhavnagar city. I handed over my car to siddhivinak ford for service and came back to jamnagar city in public transport along with my family and my aged parents in this critical covid situation.

                                    After approx 15 days they have make ready my car and give me a huge bill of 20350 inr, but still there is problem in my car. As per siddhivinayak ford, they are telling still need to change pump (Part no - 2s6z 9j332 a) in my car, than my car will be ready. They inform that pump cost is approx 13000 inr. Due to high cost and low confidence on siddhivinayak ford, i refuse to change pump. Along with them, we jointly did short test drive and they handover car to me.

                                    Also they informed that there is clutch switch (Part no - 6n2z 11a152 a) problem in my car, so car will stop in running condition. As this switch not avaliable in siddhivinayak ford bhavnagar, i have purchased the same switch form ford outhorised dealer jamnagar and handed over this [censored]ch to siddhivinayak ford while delevery time of my car and they replaced switch.

                                    After car delevery, next day i came back to my hometown jamnagar and i facea lot of problems in my car. It stops a lot of time in journey even changed clutch switch is replaced, also car is jerking in low rpm.

                                    Directly i went to gokul ford - jamnagar and informed about problem. They have done scanning of my car and informed that there is problem in injectors. Immediataly i called to siddhivinayak ford - bhavnagar and informed that there is still problems in injectors. As per siddhivinayak ford, injectors are ok but problem is pump (Part no - 2s6z 9j332 a), which i haven replace due to high cost and low confidence on siddhivinayak ford.

                                    At last gokul ford help me a lot and replace pump (Part no - 2s6z 9j332 a) in my car. After replacement of pump car scanned again but there is still same problems in injectors and jerking problem in low rpm. No any othere problems in car and in scanning results. Gokul ford informed confidently that there is still problems in injectors. Same informed to siddhivinayak ford about this problem after replacement of pump. Scanning videos are available before replacement of pump and after replacement of pump.

                                    Now for customer satisfaction, it responsibility of siddhivinayak ford that they have to take care of my car and sort out of injectors problem. Siddhivinayak ford is agree but they are asking to give car at bhavnagar showroom than only they will check my car.

                                    I can not effort more charged to repair injectors, as it is the same problem. Also jamnagar city to bhavnagar city is approx 266 km. I can’t effort fuel charges due to siddhivinayak ford workmanship problem.

                                    In bhavnagar, i have given my ford car in authorized ford service center and not in local car garage, because i trust ford and its workmanship.

                                    Need help for this repeated problem without any more expence.

                                      Hi,
                                      We have a Ford Ecosport SUV purchased about 4 years back. Right from the first year its giving clutch issue. This is the fourth year and we have purchased the 4th clutch. Once we had to stay on the roadside for almost 5 hours at night as the vehicle didn't move due to clutch issue. No on-road service was provided as they have promised 24x7 service. Finally the four o[censored]s [my mother of 66 years old and my young daughter who was 14 at that time] hired a vehicle at the risk of our lives and property and reached home. The sad fact is that the new clutch purchased worn out in a year's time and it is repeating every year and we have to purchase a new clutch by spending approximately 20000 with out any guarantee. We had a very good experience with our previous cars [Alto, Etios Liva] and the one we purchased for the charm and comfort of an SUV has ditched us for a life time. Earlier too we had sent a letter regarding the same, but no action was taken. Hope we get justice here at the earliest. Due to this issue we are afraid of taking it for a long drive.

                                        We were traveling from thirthahalli (Shimoga dist) to bangalore on the 19th of september 2020. 50 kms from the starting point (10 am), the gearbox became unresponsive and was floating longitudinally between gears with no lateral movement.
