I have bought my new car Ford Freestyle (AS01EP6951) on 17th Dec 2020 from TI Ford Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Assam and till now i didn't got my Original RC book.I have enquired in the showroom but they can't response my request.They're completely clueless and not giving proper replies on how will i get my Original RC. I have been chasing them every week and still getting variety of excuses rather than solution.

Please help me file a complaint against the Showroom and get my Original RC book as soon as possible.
Request you to kindly do the needful.

    We have Ford Figo 2010 Model. It has run only 42000 km till date. Recently it met with an accident in Gujarat and we took it to Service Centre at Surat (Kings Motor Pvt Limited). They changed so many parts including Head Lamps and we paid approx. 150000 for repairing of the car. But I observed that the Head Lamp is not working properly and Beam is totally out, that can not be adjusted. At present the vehicle is in Lucknow. Please guide us how can this problem be solved at Lucknow as this Head Beam is under warranty.

      I have received my car (ford ecosport-TN70L4264) on 27/02/2021.I have been complaing it to the staff incharge but he keeps on saying it's alright.I wasted four days giving the car taking it back in the same condition. I have paid huge amount for the repair of the parts but still facing some problems.My still facing problems with the car is as follows, 1)The cars shock absorbing problem has not been fixed yet, 2) When I am driving over 120 km, dashboard shows engine malfunction warning 3) when I brake the car arround 80km, the steering starts shaking, 4)there is also an vibration in steering wheel after driving the car for about half an hour . Please immediately look into these issue.Thank you

      1)ford ecosport titanium car was shaking too much. 2)about 80kms when I apply brake, the steering vibrate too much and also shakes 3) driving 100 +kms, the dashboard showing service now(I have already complaint it to jc ford nagercoil, they said it's fixed but it's not) I have already driven to ford service center and complaint about the issue ànd wasted 5days now but nothing is repaired.I have already given paid 2, 25, 000 for repaing my car.Now jc ford service in nagercoil saying that after driving the car for somedays, the problem will be fixed.I have already using it for 2 weeks now nothing seems to be fixed.I request Ford company to look into this problem immediately.Thank you Car reg no:TN70L4264 Contact no:8939746831 Ford service center:JC Ford, nagercoil 629001

        I had a minor accident where i had to change the front gate, ford services replaced the gate and got it repainted, i said i have i quality issues then they behaved worried then they repainted the gate but now even if i scrath the gate from my nail the paint can be removed, its still a new car less than 2 years butout of all 4 other doors my front driver gate looks odd one out.

          Dear Sir, I have had done my Ford Ecosport service done at Saraswati Ford Jalgaon Maharashtra on 2 October 2019.The required things asked to be done during service were not done and vice versa. When asked about it the dealer very arrogantly insulted us as if we were laymen and threatened us not to step again. There was no feedback asked from your side. We were totally shocked by his rude behavior. This is the only service station near Buldana Maharashtra. This time we had our service done at Bhavna Ford Mumbai and were really satisfied. Sir, being such a reputed company of yours we don't expect such nonsense behavior from a dealer. Kindly look into the same and try to teach him a lesson. I tried to connect with you but in vain.             I bought a Ford freestyle titanium looking at the online brochure which shows fog lamps and parcel tray as part of the accessory and when receiving my vehicle, this was not available. I contacted the dealer who mentioned they get the vehicle without these accesories and Ford no more provides these in this model. I complained to ford and no use, the response does not make sense.
            Please read my mails on complaint no[protected].
            My decision to buy the vehicle also depends on such factors and i have been cheated. Please let me know how I complain against Ford if this is not resolved

              Hi Team,
              My car number DL9CAS1147, I have send it for service at pahwa automworld private limited on 26th Feb 2021, i have told them that I am facing a problem with horn which they promise me that they will change and another was clutch hardness, they told me that both things are absolute normal, we have done bleeding and all the that stuff, this car was send twice for the same problems but they are not agreeing on it...I have told them that if you want check the hardness u have go to market area to check the hardness but they refuse, and now I have come with new problem fuel guage meter I have fill the disel tank and now it's not showing the meter is reflecting 3 lines and it's not moving...team if this kind of service center ford is maintained I am sorry it's zero where mr Subash service advisor is zero.
