My ford ecosport stopped running and I shown same at ford Jahangir Puri service station, they told me that ABS wire is cut by rat and i[censored] have insurance then take this vehicle to Moti nagar service station .Again I called up crane and took my vehicle to Moti nagar.
After long follow up with service center and insurance finally my vehicle was corrected and I got the home drop of same in 1st week of sep'21 but after 2 days I checked that the hole created by rat at front between the front bonat and mirror is still there and not rectified by service station.
Was not expecting this kind of service from ford, after waiting for my vehicle for 3 weeks they still have not fixed the root cause of it.
Highly disappointing...

    I have ford figo model 2014. I get my service done from Ford authorized service centre. Recently I got my service done from Ford and post 10 days got an outer body repair work. My car was there in the service centre for more than 20 days. After getting all the work in next 4- 5 days, engine error showed and now they are saying that engine oil is not there . How can it be possible that engine oil.is coming out of coolant system. I am very sure that service guy made some serious issue and this is the complete fault of service centre. Pls look into my request on urgency

      Few months ago the rear left door refused to close, I had to shell out around 4k rupees to get it replaced. Now drivers door refused to close while I was 30 kms from the city. I had to hold it close with my hand and drive home. This is a major safety issue and very risky with children onboard. This is a known issue to the company, they must do a voluntary recall for all the affected VIN numbers and deal with this safety hazard.

        Details of the registration and chassis no is attached to this email.

        Myself Richard Peris residing at (Kondhwa) Pune recently purchased a second sale EcoSport automatic car. Details of the card model and registration number as attached to the email. The car was purchased from a dealer by the name Autoneeds located in Viman Nagar, Pune.

        Trusting the brand Ford and the high end model, I did not give any second thought and went for it by opting for a loan to purchase the car. Within the first week of my purchase I also got my car completely serviced and inspected from PPS Ford service center located at Khadi Machine.

        Everything seemed fine and there was no major fault or error detected with the car. However unfortunately in just 2 months from my purchase the car has encountered a major technical problem. I once again got the same checked with PPS Ford Service center and they have now detected fault with the gearbox of the car.

        They have suggested that I change the gear box and have given me an estimate of 1 lakh expense. This is very big shocking news and a huge expense for me which I cannot afford as I already have taken out a loan to purchase this car. In this current covid times the car was bought to meet the basic needs of my wife to help her to travel to work as personal transportation is safer than public transport, however we are stranded with this huge expense which we would not be able to bear.

        I request Ford to help us with the expense which is a technical fault of the car and no fault of mine. As a company and brand, if you could finance or bear the expense of the gearbox while I will manage and bear the labour cost, this will be of great help to me and support to my family.

        I hope to hear from you soon with a positive reply, so that I can get the car up and running soon and my wife can once again travel to work conveniently.

          I bought Ford ecosport on 2019. It’s just 2 years. It started alerting engine mail function Illuminator and power stain too. I have given to the dealer. It stops the car while driving few miles. No idea whether it gets repaired by them.

            Dear Team Ford,

            I, Rimjhim Sakia purchased Ford Endeavor in year 2020, and last month after heavy rainfall I suddenly noticed the appearance of yellowish patch appeared on my vehicle (Diamond White color) at front right side near bumper and on the side of bonnet, which was very annoying and surprising for me considering the brand value Ford has, and the heavy amount I invested in purchasing the vehicle.

            I request you to pay your visit once to inspect the vehicle so that this issue could be rectified, and as per the color warranty it should not happen before 3 years.

            I further request you people to get this sorted out at your earliest as it's easily getting noticed by people around me, which might become an issue for brand like Ford to others.

            Looking ahead for your earliest revert to expedite this process.

              I bought Ford Freestyle on august 2021. when i bought the car, dealer assured that ford not leaving india, ford customer care also given fake promise. Within one month Ford announced their decision to stop production in india and exit. Now tge resale value of my car is significantly reduced, it will be very difficult to maintain the car as getting service would be difficult and spare part cost may go high. I am wondering how can a company cheat customers like this. I demand refund.

                Pls issue complete refund for My Card Ford Figo, purchased in 2019

                I have come to know that your company will sooner close plants/support of your brand especially for FORD FIGO, ARPIRE & ECOSPORT.

                  I gone for service on 06/09/2021 in Kaveri Ford in shivamogga.My car Rear door is jammed they charged for this but from outside door is opening but from inside door is not opening.During servicing due to short circuit right side head light is burned.After spent Rs 25, 000/- i am going outside for to solve this issue.On 09/09/2021 i took appointment but after i went to showroom they neglected us.

                    I had given my Ford Ecosport for regular servicing and minor accidental claim on Gehlot Ford, Ajmer and got back the car after a week. The very next day, the engine of the car got seized due to coolant leakage and the car got broke down. The car got towed to the workshop again and I was told that there is a hole in the internal side of radiator which is caused by a flying stone inside the car. The scenario explained to me is very funny and imaginary. The service manager is not ready to accept the mishandling of the vehicle during servicing and sent me an estimate of 140000 for repairing my car. Why would I pay for the mishandling and carelessness of Ford service technicians ???

                      Hi there,

                      My names prakash I own the fiesta sxi 1.6, I love the build quality of the Ford, but the issue with service station is they always keep changing the unnecessary parts to just reach there target. For example shocks and wiper blades and there are so many things to mention. If the issue get resolved that’s ok but if I still face the same issues what is the use of the changing part and later they say that it comes like this only I don’t know what to comment on that.

                        From last two services i am complaining of a noise from sunroof and shown it to authorised person but still they are unable to find it and resolve it. Now they r saying sun roff is out of warranty.
                        Is this type of services we should expect fron multinational company.
                        From 20000 km i am tolerating this irretating sound.
                        Now my car is over 1 lakh km now what should i do.

                          This mail is with reference to service of I had given my vehicle for service on 06/08/2021 at CAPITAL FORD, RASULGARH-BHUBANESWAR. Whenever I took my vehicle for a long distance I had issues wrt to battery, pickup etc and I have specifically brought the sales team attention to this.However Within the city my vehicle was doing okay as I was Not facing above mentioned issues. After service I didn't receive any specific update over the issues I had raised, they said everything is okay and working properly.
                          Recently I have taken a long distance trip(400km up and down) and I faced the same issues which I had faced before giving my vehicle for service 06/08/2021 and I again gave my vehicle for servicing on 30.08.2021 and received today i.e 31.08.2021.
                          After talking to you about my service history, I want to talk about the personal experience I faced while dealing with Ford Service team, Manager and others. To be straight they were harsh, impolite, misbehaved, unprofessional and rude to be particular. The tagline of Ford India (Kuch alag si- family wali Feeling) is myth, the feeling was truly "Alag si" though because I have never had experienced such feeling in my life-totally disgusting.
                          When I talked to them about issues I faced during my recent trip, they said it's natural, it happens, we don't know how it happened, we can't do anything about it etc blah blah.
                          Now My question is who will pay For the time I lost, Mental stress I had, Money I spent and Pain I went through because of carelessness on the Part of the Ford Service Team. A big Question mark??? I hope you guys will have the answer for It.
                          Beside this they asked forcefully to give good feedback and I have other issues to raise i.e I believe there were parts missing from the vehicle which I also faced earlier too.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is to bring it to your kind attention that I have purchased Ford Echo sport Sports Diesel variant in the year 2019.
                            Vehicle Number: TS 08GR 1357.

                            With utter disappointment I had written an email, that I have been facing the same issue repeatedly for quite long time ago that the tyres burst out very often i.e. 8 times till date due to which I also had an accident early this year.

                            The reason is quite evident that the repeated problem is due to Rim R16 associated with low profile tubeless tyres. It is unacceptable that Ford can make trail and errors with customers with the uncompatable Rim size resulting in bursting out.

                            I have purchased a high end safely vechicle "Ford Echo sport Sports model Diesel variant" that has 6 air bags but with this current issue I cannot travel out station at all. I have faced the same problem when I was on family outing last year and unfortunately Ford team didn't help when 2 tyres were bursted. Please kindly check the frequency of this problem and how can any customer drive with confidence.

                            Ford has now upgraded the RIM size like earlier version but I don't have any resolution. I have raised alarms multiple times with Kondapur Ford service center, Hyderbad and sopke with Service advisor Mr. Naveen, Manager Mr. RamaKrishna and also with Mark Mendes, unfortunately there is no resolution.
                            I have also raised an email complaint last year that no one bothered to look into.

                            This is my final attempt to check for resolution and I wish Ford personnel will get me a RIM size upgrade with compatible tyres.

                            I would be forced to raise a complaint with consumer forum and further take legal action in this regard. Please feel free to reach me out on my email id: [protected]@gmail.com alternately please reach on my direct number [protected].

                              Sir I m here in Gateway ford siliguri and I gave my car in servicing 21 days ago and the call came and take your car I came here and nothing will be done here and when I m complaint your executive say what will I do go talk there and here it's the ridicouls service I ever seen in ford and now the say give me 1 hours 2 hr sir it's not the way to talk to customer its insulting plzz look into it I m here since 10 am now they say 5 PM ir car is delivered it's not good

                                I'm from Bangalore, I own Ford Ecosport. I am one of proud owners of Ford. Recently I had travelled to Mangalore. My music system bezel was damaged and I wanted to replace it. So I decided to go to service center in Mangalore. After going there I was totally disrespected and treated me very badly.

                                Today I been to this showroom. It was such a pathetic experience. I had been for part replacement for my Ecosport. I was attended by 'Sachin" the service executive. I explained him my concern. He asked me to wait outside without telling anything. I just went to lobby and waited. After 15 - 20 mins I again went back to check with him. He yelled at me saying to stay out. I just moved back to lobby again waited for 20 mins. Finally after being upset with his behaviour I decided to check with different executive then new executive said if "Sachin" had attended earlier I will check with him. The new executive called sachin, he was standing outside with group of other executives. Sachin shouted from outside "what is your problem ?" The new executive said "Sir is waiting for you". Sachin with his angry face he shouted back. "I am busy now speaking with friends I cannot attend". I lost my patience and waited for 10 mins more and once he came back I said him, You take my number and call me once you check the part. He took my number and I just left the showroom. My question is to Ford - Is this kind of behaviour what customers should get after buying 12-15 lakh Ford cars ? Or 15Lakh is such a small amount that customers should be disrespected and treated like this ?
                                I request Ford India to take enquiry against him and take action. I am not sure this kind of approach is to all customers ! I am Really sad and disappointed going to Ford showroom.
