As per designers Specification, if all products went successful! then NO PRODUCT WILL FAIL!! IN THE MARKET!
Rather accepting the genuine aspects, concluding with the statement " No abnormality found in FORD FIGO" is totally unacceptable!
After extending my time and support for all exercises, diluting the truth at last! is shameful!
Rather asking me to improve my driving confidence, I should say that ford India has to improve their Efficient staff and Management!
Need not spoil the business of Ford by outsiders, but in house management is enough!!
You can nullify one customer rights, but you can stop others Feedback/ Voice!!
As per your FORD FIGO specification, it had been proven that "FORD FIGO IS SUITABLE FOR WITHIN CITY USE... NOT FOR HIGH WAY DRIVING!!!"

    1. The acceleration. For city conditions, people may not have attention to the same. Since they drive the car from 1st level to 2nd level and then maximum 50 – 60Km/hr speed at city conditions! Like humps, traffic signals, traffic etc. that means mostly @1st and 2nd gears in use! Main issue of performance on Highway speed @ 70Kms to 120Kms/hr Suppose you are driving the at 70 – 100 Kms/hr speed. Your front vehicle too in the same speed. When you want to overtake him, you should increase the speed. Before you overtake, suppose you have aplied a little break and then will apply the acceleration immediately. When you apply break, RPM speed will fall down a little. When you apply acceleration immediately the lost RPM should take pickup fast enough to overtake him within seconds. Why it should be??? Because when you apply break the RPM will not fall down to 1st / 2nd gear level RPM!! It will be still at 60- 70 Kms/ hr level RPM (it means 3rd/4th / 5th gear level) will be there. So it should take the pick immediately…”””WHERE AS IN FORD FIGO THIS WAS NOT POSSSIBLE AT ALL””” I tried several attempts by changing the gears to 3rd and 4th level but “”FAILED””” miserably!!! Even a high speed truck driver was close and he was overtaken in other direction!! A big life Risk and Life Threat!!! 2. Engine can’t withstand the load of passengers when you about to release the clutch!! Even in little slopes, it can’t withstand and it shutoff immediately if the acceleration not given immediately. Idle moving on clutch release was not available! 3. Ground clearance – general issue! Knowingly or unknowingly if it hits there will be a big damage to car as well as passengers inside due to less head clearance!!
    FORD has acceleration ISSUE on 3rd, 4th gears and even 2nd gear you can feel at city conditions if you have proper experience on driving. EVEN on second gear with loaded passenger it takes enough time to take pickup!!

    In general People wont feel the performance in city driving unless they experience on Highway speed!!!

    In this way people go on purchase by look and some features and while time they realize... its is TOO Late for any action!

    Please be Noted. our investment should be on right vehicle! after all we have enjoy the ride! at any condition!
    With the passengers, even it cant bear the torque/engine in ON condition when You release slowly the clutch! rather it should take movement Engine getting SHUT Off. every vehicle when you release clutch slowly engine will take the movement! but this FORD FIGO does not have such power even. It needs the acceleration immediate after the release of your clutch!!
    forget of keeping of HOLD on driving when were on little slope and hill areas!!!

    BE CARE FULL! INVESTER/ FORD LOVERS.

      I bought my Ford Ecosport from TALERA FORD, Pune, which has only been driven for 4500 KM in a year. It has been giving me a number of problems due to which I don't feel like driving it. I gave my car for servicing to TALERA FORD, Wagholi, Pune, informing about the issues, and I was told that the Clutch Plate has burnt marks and that I would have to Pay INR. 10000/- to get it fixed and the damage is being classified as coming from wear and tear of the car. I was told that this will not be covered under Warranty. Moreover, I was accused of driving the car by pressing clutch partially.

      Can someone please tell me how a 4500 KM driven car is being classified as worn and torn?

      To provide some history about my driving experience, I am a driver with a 100% clean history of driving cars for 13 years. I have owned Suzuki & Toyota cars, and have driven cars for over 100, 000 KMs and none of my previously owned/ driven cars have faced any such problems. I have been driving cars both in India & the US for no problems at all.

      With this track record, they are telling me that I don’t know how to press the clutch while driving ?

      Following are the issues with the car:
      - The car gives me a very poor fuel economy in the range of 8 KM/litre in city conditions. Sometimes even in the range of 7.5 KM/litre.
      - The car has pick up problems in the initial gears, especially the second gear.
      - It lacks the power from what is expected from a 1500 cc car, and it is extremely sluggish while trying to climb a flyover or after a speed breaker.
      - The suspension of the car isn't that great either.
      - The Microsoft Sync feature is very faulty, where it fails to recognize the voice.

      With all these problems, I don't feel like driving this car for which I have paid approx. Rs. 10 lakh, which gets proven with the fact that I have only driven this for 4500 Km in one year. With only this mileage on the car, I am being told that the clutch problem is coming due to wear & tear of the car.

      Similar problems were even quoted at the time of first service at the end of 3 months of owning the car, but without any improvement.

      More Details on how a Customer is treated at Talera Ford Service Centre at Wagholi, Pune:

      After constant follow up from my end, it took Talera Ford 4 days to tell me the problem is in the clutch plate via an email, when at the time of submitting the car, I was told they would revert back to me in 3 hours. The job card they gave me mentioned clearly that at max they would revert within 24 hours, and it took them 4 days. Their service manager Mr. Milind Varale stopped answering & returning my calls. When I visited them on the 5th day, the service manager was not available. When I asked for details of the dealer head or the regional head, they refused to share any details.

      As a customer I am feeling cheated and extremely frustrated with my car being stuck at their service centre. Hence, approaching the Indian Consumer Complaint Board with the hope that Ford India will take cognizance of this and will give the customer at least some respect.

        I m complain about some technical problem its maid due to manufacture problem in my ford figo car. Company give replace part but not give permanent solution about problem. And very ruff and rude behave customer care executive. Not a single time give quick response. Even not reply mail.

          My vehicle FORD ECOSPORT 1.5P TIT AT, Registration no. HR02AD0037 was toed in to Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon on Saturday, 19/09/2015 morning because the reverse gear was not working. For 11days they could not find the problem and at that time I was told that it will be covered under company’s recall policy as there was some manufacturing defect from company’s end. On 30/9/2015 I was informed that the transmission assembly has caught rust due to water logging. I am wondering how water can enter the seal packed transmission assembly; I have driven it on Gurgaon roads, not in some water logged remote area in India. Why it can’t be that water had entered at the service center itself due to negligence/mishandling or it can be purely due to manufacturing defect. Now, to repair the vehicle, Ford India/Hardeep Ford has given a hefty bill of 1.47 lakhs. The vehicle is under Ford India warranty but I have been told that this issue would not be covered under warranty. After 15 days, when I tried to escalate the matter to the higher ups in Ford India, I was told rather rudely by the customer care that it was not their “company policy” to share details. Now I am being pressurised to submit the replacement vehicle provided (after 5 days and lots of arguments & mail trail) by the dealer so that I would be forced to pay the hefty and unjust bill. I am very much disappointed with Ford service and this is the first and last Ford that I bought. I will also make sure that no one in my extended circle of friends & family buys a Ford again.             Since i bought this car (from tirunelveli, tamilnadu)there is this hissing/ creaking noise from rear right side. during free service they told it is adjusted and it's fine. but problem repeats and after two years told the bearing has to be replaced(in vizag). got it replaced(paid for that) but again repeated in 1 month. during next service (in vizag)(20000 kms).they told it is checked and is fine. even the service people was not recgnising the sound since i told i'll not pay for the bearing again. after service it was ok for 10 days and again repeated. now i am thinking they r not going to find the core defect boz it might be a manufacturing defect which they dont want to address. im a mechanical engineer and i can tell no bearing fails just like that without any core problem. want to sue ford for inferior quality vehicle and service.

              Dear Sir

              I have a Figo purchased in Nov 2013. There was no issue with the car untill yesterday, when the radiator fan stopped working. I had gone out of station with family and had a very tough time returning home, while my car is still there. I am in constant touch with Ford India anf the local dealership, but they are not ready to pick my car under RSA. They say that RSA is expired, but i purchased it in Nov 2013 and warranty is for 2 years same as RSA. Later the local dealer Noida Ford accepted that date was wrongly mentioned as August 13 and thus RSA expired in August 15.
              How can i purchase RSA before purchase date ? That is what local RSA is telling me. And they are not confirming when the car will be picked up for repairs. If at all any one is interested in helping me.

              Need your help to resolve this please.

                Sir, I have Ford Fiesta classic Petrol 1.4 purchased new in 2007.After running for 64000 I have a problem with AC Compressor. Replacement cost quoted is 20 k to 30 k. Rs. Qhy shpuld a compressor conk off only after64k ? Ford need to look in to complaint and resolve.I am using the car for commuting to the office only. Ford to revertback to restore my confodence in Ford . Dr Pimparkar

                  It has been only 2.5 years of my Ford Figo and I have faced multiple issues with the CAR. The CAR is fully maintained by the Ford Authorize service center at agra and it was used only 30000 kms till now. The CAR has a critical quality problem in terms of structural durability. All the 4 Doors got rusted within the 2 years I don't know what I have I have to do this car. Thanks Gopal [protected]

                    Misuse of Vehicle and Damage of internal LED light.

                    This is complain for Ford India Dealer Metro Ford St. marks Raod, Banaglore.
                    Ref to Invoice no SMRE00086MF dated 28/5/2014, Ford India ( Metro Ford ) - Bangalore .
                    As per invoice, vehicle is covered up to 4th year extended warranty & 4th year service holiday package.
                    I am yet to receive 4th year extended warranty document & 4th year service holiday package for Ford classic car.
                    Repeated follow up done by 1. phone 2. e mail communication 3. personally met at Metro Ford 4. send letter to Ford Director but they are yet top provide documents for 4th year extended warranty document & 4th year service holiday package.

                      I Have purchased a brand new ford figo with a registration number KA 20 MA 3729 three months back under the dealership of cauvery ford, mangalore. They have delivered the car to me with a hairline dent on the bonnet which was covered with a ribbon on top of it. Two days later the delivery when i washed the car removing the ribbon, i noticed a very thin dent on the bonnet. When i complained this issue to the ford India, there was no response from the dealer side and when i asked about the issue with the dealer they gave me a very adamant and arrogant answer which i think has to be taken into a serious account by ford India. I being a very new customer to ford India, within the tenure of three months referred two brand new cars to my colleagues from the same company which im repenting now as they don value the customer once the car is delivered. Moreover a very big irresponsibility shown by cauvery ford at the time of PDI were in they were unable to recognize the dent. Im very sorry to say the fact that ford in our region doesn't have a good customer feedback and it is very obvious to loose the customer faith if it happens in future. As a human being anyone would be heart broken to purchase a brand new car with a dent on its body. I have decided this will be my first and last ford motor.
                      I gave my car KA19MC7204 ford Figo for service on 20/7/2021 in manglore padil and I explained the advisor about the problem of my clutch cos it was not working in the highway and my problem not solved yet today again I got same problem when I was returning back from madakeri

                        Dear Concern, Its really surprising that a prestigious car makers like Ford India is not at all having any concern towards its valued customers. I have been continuously harassed by its all service provider dealers and inspite of serious feedback given to Ford customer care on the feedback call, But no action has been taken by the concern authorities/representatives from Ford India. Otherwise i would not have been so much in trouble incase necessary action would have been taken by its representative based on my feedback. L Looks like there is a complete policy and process paralysis with such a prestigious car manufacturer. Will request you to check all the recorded feedback call of the respective customer care in order to establish who is right and who is lying. I have bought this car in the month of July 2010 as a part of Corporate offer given to Reliance Group employees. I would like to once again reinstate my complain against the Riddhi Ford & Ford India, my vehicle has reported almost every or alternate month to Riddhi ford service center and because of their ignorance regarding servicing, i have been harassed as an customer again and again. Please find below the date wise vehicle sent to Riddhi Ford - OKHLA, Delhi. My car has reported to riddhi ford on 30th April[protected] Km done), again on 04/06/[protected] done) when the service was due, but the concern management has shown complete ignorance and has not informed the customer for the services. As a part of standard process any vehicle which reports to service center has to go through the standard check list which includes the last servicing done and the engine oil etc. But the same has been ignored and resulted in issues with my engine. I Have approached Noida Ford for change of wheel nut in the month of June (65000Km Done approx) and i was not getting any response from the Noida Ford Service Representative inperson, Then i approached the GM of Noida Ford regarding the complain cum feedback, He has resolve my issues on priority and at that point of time, i came to know that there is shortage of engine oil, The GM has asked me to send the car for a complete engine test, as it may be because of any leakages. After few days i sent my car to Noida ford for the test and they reverted that there is work in the engine and you have to pay Rs 125000/- approx. I told him that i will write to Ford India about the engine issues as my car has done only 65000km and how come there will be an issue of engine repair with brand called Ford. He has requested me to not to raise the issue directly, as the image of Noida Ford will be on stake as the last time Vehicle has reported to his service center. I accepted his request and ask him to follow with Ford India and revert back to me. In the month of June i received his ph call stating that the Company has consider the request and the cost of all the major part will be beard by the company, you only need to pay the cost of wear & tear parts. I asked him, how much it will amount to, He replied that it will in the range of Rs[protected] only. I asked him to send the same on the mail id, but i never received any reply from him. So, i contacted him again and he stated that, "to know the exact cost, they need to go for engine test again then only he will provide the exact estimate". Because of my limited availability in NCR in last few months, i approached him in the month of August (Although i have requested earlier to pick up the car in the month of June/July, the same can be check in their booking register if they maintain, but because of delay in communication from the Noida Ford, i could not give the vehicle as when the Noida ford guys approached me @10.30/11am, I was already on the way to the airport) for the said test, I received the reply from the GM that the same support will not be given to you as it is already 2 months. I was actually surprise by the response. It looks like all the service provider of Ford india is trying to fool its valued customers and they are completely not interested in giving any support/solutions to its valued customers. Its my 3rd Ford Vehicle in my family, I expect and will highly appreciate if any proper solution is being given to me as i am not interested in taking alms of 25% of repair cost from the Ford. I will prefer to stop sending my car in future to Ford Service center as well never buy or recommend anyone for so called prestigious brand. Looking for your positive and immediate response.                           It has been only 4 years of my Ford Figo and I have faced multiple issues with the CAR. The CAR is fully maintained by the Ford Authorize service center at Chennai and it was used only 20K kms till now. The CAR has a critical quality problem in terms of structural durability. All the 5 Doors got rusted within the 2 years and FORD has replaced only 3 doors and just a skin for the 4th they just touched up the boot door. I have done all types of protections recommended the by the service provider (3M underbody and paint protection (twice)). With all warranty’s are over by Now service engineer gave a shocking information that my entire underbody got rusted and advising me to exchange the car. They are telling now because they can charge any amount after warranty. A rust cannot form in just months the rust looks like has happened for years but since it is under the CAR it was not visible and they have hidden to me these many day. It is a clear suppress of information to avoid the cost borne by the company during warranty. The reason they gave for rust is I may near to shore. Even though they know very well that I’m staying far away from shore(more than 5 km from see) as I'm the first owner and they have my address where the car is registered. I too own a second hand Santro which is more than 10 years old with lot of scratches and dents but there is NO rust. This is a clear evidence of poor quality if Ford Figo and its history and service record stands for that. Service shop is just trying to wash their hands as they have an attitude of not servicing customers CAR which is more than 4 years old. To my shock the service person is telling todays CAR will come only 4 years and I have to change CAR for every 4 years. If they knew that CAR will get rusted in sea shore area they shouldn’t sell the CAR in any metro cities as all Metro cities are near to shore only or they should have some rust treated. This shows the poor attitude of Ford. I want the concerned Ford authorities to take responsibility for the Poor quality and poor service maintenance of my CAR and provide justice and take appropriate action to rectify my CAR.                           For me also the same issue.. i was about to file a complaint in the consumer court @coimbatore. but my car was 5 yrs old and done 1, 20, 000 kms. i need some ones support to go forward, as the rusting issue is only for ford figo and fiesta models. this information i got from a technical person. I[censored] are interested please give me a hand.

                            I purchased on Ford Figo No HR 26 BG 1197 in the year October 2010 since the date of purchase I was facing numerous problems and subsequently after much pain and trauma my car's engine ceased to work. After much communication Ford refused to repair the engine leave aside replacing it. The cost of repairs was cited as Rs 2 lakhs. I took it as my destiny and car is still parked in Garage since more than 1 year. Utter shock came to me when my sister who lives in Mumbai and also owns brand new a Ford Eco Sport MH-03 BS 2247 (just driven merely 4808 Kms) told me that her engine started emitting dense smoke from bonnet and would have caught fire had she not been alert. When I spoke to the people at workshop I was given frivolous reasons and executive was neither in a position to explain nor he could satisfy my concerns. My only suggestions to those who intend to buy Ford product is please visit the workshop of Ford not the showroom before buying a Ford Car, you will realize how the buyers are cheated and I bet that the buyers will have to make repeated visit for repairs and followups. Adding to this I owned Honda for good 9 years before buying Ford and never went to service center for other work than service. Now I more than 3 years I am driving Toyota Corolla Altis (Diesel) and warranty has lapsed buy no repairs other than service. Thus I would in last make a point that Ford is using India markets as dumping grounds for their inferior cars and other product. Most of their Service Centres are cheats and specially Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon. Hope prospective buyers will take cues from this complaint.

                              Service provided by Dehradun work shop was unsatisfactory .The way they deal with there customer was unexpected . they try to fool us on various issues regarding spare parts. I left my car for 11 days for accidental claim still they were not able to complete my car work in such a long period and the reasons I got were unacceptable and immature. I have there Audio video proofs regarding such iissues. And I reccomend everyone to not to buy ford cars as there services are pathetic.

                                On 18/07/15 I give my Car No. DL 10CF 3510 for service at Harpreet Ford, Moti Nagar. I told the service executive that "'A SMELL OF LIKE BURN CONTINUOUS FROM THE CABIN WHILE DRIVE THE CAR'' and Complain about raber paint . but after the service the executive told me that Know your car is ok. But this Burn smell is as it is and rabber paint damage which is two year warranty . I also contact to the Harpreet ford at No. [protected] but they not give any satisfactory answer. Sir please look the matter.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam, I want to inform you that, I Purchased Ford Figo ( Diesel Model), RTO registration No. GJ 23 AN 7055, from your company on 18/12/2014 from your Sarthi Ford, Anand, Gujarat Showroom, But i am getting average only of 14.3 K.m. Per Liter nowadays, and so I made complain regarding that at your anand showroom many times, but i am not getting proper service and i am not satisfied with there service, i am very dissatisfied from your such type of customer service, i am really not expected this at least from brand like you.                                     Hello sir, my name is narsing rao. I owned a ford figo titanium in 2012. Vehicle number Ap 28 DM 8888. 2 months back I went to ford work shop. it is in bowenpally hyderabad..!! I have given my vehicle for service...!!! When I went to take delivery I have seen advertisement posted at entrance ..full body painting at just rs 28000 ...! On 30.6.2015 I have given my vehicle for full body painting to mallikarjun service advisor. he asked me to pay full amount 28000.. and I have payed 15000 on the same day.!! They kept my car for 15 days ...!!! They just made a ordinary painting.. there are many bubbles and pin holes on bumper, doors, fender, they just painted as road side painters. Even today my car is in showroom... Once u see my car ...you 'll get to know ..how they are working...Please I request u to take immediate action...!!! Please help me ...
