FORD IKON CAR WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING, IN ONE OF YOUR DEALERS AND FROM WHERE I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE, SWARN FORD, KANPUR. THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TIME.
INSIDE OF THE CAR WAS FULL OF DIRTY, WITH THE BLACK. OILY MUD AND DIRT, FROM THE SHOES OF THE MECHANICS. WHILE TAKING DELIVERY, THE CAR WAS FULL OF DUST AND DIRTY AND I HAVE TO USE WIPER TO SEE THE ROAD.
LATER, WHEN THE OIL WAS CHECKED. AS A ROUTINE CHECK UP. FOR THE LEVEL, FOR MY SURPRISE, THICK BLACK COLOUR OIL WAS SEEN IN THE ENGINE. THIS CLEARLY STATES THAT EVEN AFTER COLLECTING THE MONEY FOR THE OIL AND THE FILTERS , NOTHING WAS DONE AND KEPT THE CAR FOR 2 WEEKS INSIDE THE GARAGE. WHENEVER, I CALLED THE SERVICE STATION, BLAME EXCUSE WAS GIVEN, MECHANIC ON LEAVE, MECHANIC IS SICK, ETC.,ETC.,
ONCE THE CAR IS SOLD THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PROVIDED, NOT ONLY THAT, CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY COLLECTING THE MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING. THANK GOD, MY CAR'S ENGINE DID NOT SEIZE, AS I WAS LUCKY TO CHECK THE OIL.

Did you got any reply either from Company or dealer, it’s a bizarre service ford and its dealer are giving, you should defiantly go to consumer forum against Ford motor company.
