Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Pranay Chowdhary and I am from India(Ambala Cantt) and running a small Business and three years back we had purchased a Ford Fiesta from your Karnal dealership Kanav Motors.The ID Number is 7E47240 and it has been sold to Ray Enterprises,Ambala Cantt
When we had purchased the Ford we considered ourselves as proud owners of the Ford Brand Flagship product Fiesta.We were under the impression that Ford is a reliable brand and we need not to worry for the next 3-4 years since we have purchased Ford and it was projected that it is a maintainence free and a very fuel efficient car.

This impression started to fade immediately after the purchase as we found out that the quality of Shockers was very BAD and when we complained then we were told that these were new Technology shockers which were introduced recently and they are like this only.Driving in little bit Bumpy roads was like driving in a Bullock cart as the whole impact was transferred in the car instead of the shockers.Our complaint was never paid any attention to or even registered anywhere.

The main issue started when the warranty got expired after one year,in one year period despite of our repeated complaints no parts were changed even if there was some problem and these issue were overlooked by the Agency.

After the warranty got expired every time we reported a problem during service we were told that these many parts were malfunctioning and they need to be replaced and we were given huge bills due to extremely expensive spare parts of this vehicle.Since that day over and then problems keep on developing on regular intervals and till date we are suffering huge losses because it gets faulty after regular intervals.

I have attached the list of expenses we have borne over the due course of time.The price which we have paid in two years we could have brought a new car for ourselves.Now again there are some Faults in the car and the Agency is asking for Rs 30000 for repairing the car which i am not willing to pay.

Now I would wait for 96 hrs for the reply of this email at the max. otherwise I am going to release these facts on the media and all Leading newspapers and I plan to crush this car in front of Ford Headquarters in India and lodge a complaint in the local consumer court alleging of customer harassment and extra expensive spare parts.

I would expect some explanation for these costly spare parts which have been replaced.

Did you got any reply either from Company or dealer, it’s a bizarre service ford and its dealer are giving, you should defiantly go to consumer forum against Ford motor company.

    I regret to inform the high handed attitude of the staff Mr Akash of the ford dealer of lucknow – M/S NARAIN FORD ( K.N.MOTORS Ltd ),prior to my decision to go in for the flair , the salesmen Mr AKASH was all smiles and courteous and was giving type of commitments but ever since i have decided upon buying the product FORD FIGO, their attitude has changed dramatically.

    (1)There were numerous occassion were i was let down ,initially prior to my commitment i was given commitments for accessories and one of them was CAR cover but the day i went to take the delivery i.e 21st OCT 2010 they backed out and said the stock is unavailable and therefore not able to provide the same now and after few followups i was informed that they will not be providing the same.

    This was very hard to digest since the salesman Mr Akash knew that i am working with one of the largest pvt. sector banks in INDIA stationed in lucknow & the same benefit was being passed to few of my colleagues in Lucknow by the dealer and not me,infact i reminded him about his commitment but he was very rude not to reply to my calls .Now,my colleagues are making a mockery of me courtesy Mr Akash/dealer.

    (2)The executive Mr Akash cheated me since the quotation by the dealer for FORD FIGO 1.2 ZXI PETROL was manipulated

    What i want to highlight is that the registration amount charged from me is INR Rs 26360 whereas the bill provided is of Rs 25362/- ,on questioning the executive the revert came that this is the fees charged since we got your your registration done this is pathetic since i am sure the dealer pays their staff and also must be included in their profit then why such hiccups.

    (3)I am feedup calling this guy and infact his revert is dealer is not providing and also is not providing information regarding his seniors to whom i can address the issue .
    Now,I am sure why we talk in favour of Maruti and their dealers and the service that is given to their clients.
    The other day one of Maruti Sales Executive was even making a mockery of the Ford dealer and saying that atleast when we provide the new car no. to our client we ask them to come to our place for getting the no. plate fitted but he was amazed to know from me that the sales executive/dealer did not have the courtsey to say so and infact i bought my car on 21st oct and got car no. on 10th nov. that too when i kept giving him calls .The answer from Mr Akash was sir i thought i gave u the no. and i reminded that he was actually not picking my Phones.
    I am sure the dealer must be having proper records with him and a back up person who must be aware of the details of cliets to be serviced considering the quality of sales people associated with the dealer.
    Plz provide feedback to the dealer and also the reimbursement of Rs 998/-that he needs to provide and if not any action atleast proper training of his staff.

    Dear Ford India,

    This was a very nice & a prompt gesture from your end.I reciprocate and acknowledge the receipt of your mail.
    Also i will confirm that on 16th evening i have received Rs 1000/- and the Car Cover delivered from the dealer.I am rest assured with the promptness the matter was taken and actionable was done that speaks volume about the organization.Thanks for all the pain taken.

      My experience with Ford India and it’s agency/service provider “Harpreet Ford” continues to be dismal. No amount of requests or complaints help. In 2007 I tried a detailed communication over phone and email but till date I’ve never had a single good experience. Inspite of every assurance, my car gets held back for unduly large number of days. Most of the tasks remain undone. The car comes back after each service looking dirtier and smellier. Yes, I've had horrible experiences with Ford service over the past four years! No amount of complaining helps. Even as I am writing this message my car is languishing at a Ford service centre for over 4 days inspite of many assurances that the car would take two days.
      We have a family tradition of buying Ford and my grandparents had one of those soft top vintage models, but, I've sworn never to buy a Ford car ever again! and to spread the BAD word around!

        since begining ford service center in dehradunhad given very poor services and their commitment never met the time and worst is that they are totally unable to find out the problems even in 48 hours.im tired of fake commitments and iresponsible attitude.

        let me assure you i dont know about other cities but here in aurangabad maharashtra the service of ford figo is worst, n i[censored] know even bad word than worst you may give it withoue hesuitation, your service staff dont even know how to talk with customers
        Sir,
        i sent my ford figo 1.4 diesel to akshaya for in madurai for first free service after 2800km and they did not do any oil change.
        while enquiring i was informed that the first oil change will be done on completion of 10000 kms or one year which ever is early.
        Is it correct and adviseable by the company?
        i want to know the oil change schedule.

          i have bought for ford figo 1.2 zxi car on 05 Oct 2010. at the time of finalizing deal i told the dealer for temporary registration number and paid Rs 3000/- for the same.however the broker through the showroom deals informed that permanent registration for Rs 30000/-has been done. i told the dealer that i have not asked for it and how the rto office has been paid when i have not given money for it. the dealer told me that do not worry that the number would be transferred to a different vehicle and you will be getting a temporary number but the rto office is closed till dusshera holidays are over. so i waited for almost15 days after which i again contacted him and he asked for the papers required for temporary registration again and to inspect the car again. ( i had already given earlier at the time of buying the car and also got the car inspected by rto officer). the broker kept telling me that it will done on a particular day and that day he used tell me not today but another day. fed up for more than a month i approached the rto officer. he told me that since his computer is showing that tax has already been paid it is not possible to cancel the registration. with this information i contacted the dealer he said that we will give Rs2000/- deuduction on the total amount. i told him that i have running around for more than a month atleast give Rs 5000/- the amount i was supposed to pay for permanent registration where i was planning to get registered and rest i am willing to pay. he is refusing . plz help guide me

            FORD IKON CAR WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING, IN ONE OF YOUR DEALERS AND FROM WHERE I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE, SWARN FORD, KANPUR. THE VEHICLE WAS RELEASED AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TIME.

            INSIDE OF THE CAR WAS FULL OF DIRTY, WITH THE BLACK. OILY MUD AND DIRT, FROM THE SHOES OF THE MECHANICS. WHILE TAKING DELIVERY, THE CAR WAS FULL OF DUST AND DIRTY AND I HAVE TO USE WIPER TO SEE THE ROAD.

            LATER, WHEN THE OIL WAS CHECKED. AS A ROUTINE CHECK UP. FOR THE LEVEL, FOR MY SURPRISE, THICK BLACK COLOUR OIL WAS SEEN IN THE ENGINE. THIS CLEARLY STATES THAT EVEN AFTER COLLECTING THE MONEY FOR THE OIL AND THE FILTERS , NOTHING WAS DONE AND KEPT THE CAR FOR 2 WEEKS INSIDE THE GARAGE. WHENEVER, I CALLED THE SERVICE STATION, BLAME EXCUSE WAS GIVEN, MECHANIC ON LEAVE, MECHANIC IS SICK, ETC.,ETC.,

            ONCE THE CAR IS SOLD THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PROVIDED, NOT ONLY THAT, CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY COLLECTING THE MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING. THANK GOD, MY CAR'S ENGINE DID NOT SEIZE, AS I WAS LUCKY TO CHECK THE OIL.

              It is to inform that we are having a Ford Fiesta bearing no- GJ-12-J 4570, purchased on our company name, the same had a problem of self start.

              We have given our car to the authorised show room based at Bhuj, for the said repair on 25th Oct 10. But till date nothing positive has been done to our car. We do not understand what the staff of this show room are doing, whenever we are going to ask them the progress, they just give us fake reasons. It is very very shocking to know that company like Ford is such a team who could not repair a car in a span of more than 8 days that to for a very simple and minor fault.

              Kindly look into the matter and solve our issue.

                Respected Sir,

                I am fed up of your service given to me by Service center at king ford Surat.

                I have given My car which was having gear chamber problem on 12.10.10 and i got my cars delivery today 27.10.10 at 1:30pm and i paid amount rupees 58922/- which they have charged me. While coming back to my town place vapi in middle the gear stop working at 6:30 pm. my car was there for 15 days and i paid whole amount in cash which was 58922/- and still i am facing the same problem and i am really fed up even my car was not serviced nor the interior was cleaned and when i handled my car at showroom the fuel tank was full and while delivery it was empty. Hence i am thinking to go to the consumer court i[censored] don't reply me soon on my contact number.

                I STAY AT DAMAN WHICH IS 145KM AWAY FROM SURAT AND I CANT BOTHER TO GO THERE EACH AND EVERY TIME WHICH IS EXPENSIVE FOR ME AND DUE TO THIS I AM TOTALLY AND MENTALLY HARASSED.

                  We are not satisfied with PVS AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY PVT LTD services and also with there dealings and servicing.There is no service center in Palakkad but they said they are ready to start service in palakkad.We have also complaint in our music system.We got the Insurence paper from the dealer today only but we take the car 4 months back.so you take proper measure for this.

                    Hello,

                    I couldn't get hold of a better e-mail address to contact so i am writing it to you. If by any chance you are not the right person to contact for this issue, please do provide the e-mail of the person i need to contact for this. The issue is as follows:-

                    I bought a brand new Ford Endeavour 2.5 Tdci 4x2 from NCR Ford dealer located at Mathura road, Faridabad. I was given the delivery of the vehicle on Oct 18th 2010 and Pre-delivery inspection wasn't provided. Now today i noticed the paint fading of front bumper and side mouldings and difference in paint could easily be noticed by touching or visually, The paint has been virtually evaporated and one could easily see the blackishness on it. Even the surface is rough. One can easily judge by looking at it that it was repainted somewhere and someone did a really bad job in covering it. I seriously suspect the vehicle was involved in a frontal accident and to cover it dealer has repainted the bumper and mouldings in his premises. Somehow even the delivery of the vehicle was give to me in the night at 9:30 PM may be because i couldn't visually inspect that thing. Now when I approached the dealer for this i was encountered with one of the sales representatives over there who after seeing it said this is normal..I said what the heck??? He then called me a and said I don’t know anything about the cars and warned me that he will beat me up and throw away if I did not leave. I was shocked. Is this the kind of service I as in customer should i expect from automobile giant FORD??? It means i should pay 17.5Lakhs of hard earned money for an accidental car??

                    Now either refund my complete amount and i will look somewhere else or may be buy a Toyota Fortuner if this is a kind of pathetic services are provided by Ford or replace my just one week old car with a brand new car or compensate me accordingly. Please do reply as soon as possible. I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible as i want to end this peacefully and i want to co-operate. Please don't force me to go by the court way. I have already contacted my attorney and he said it is very easy in today's scenario. Also if i don't get any positive revert by tomorrow i am going to escalate it to www.team-bhp.com and you can also refer to this community in case you are not aware of the recent case of Skoda India.

                    Looking forward for a positive response from you by tomorrow.

                    I too have a very Bad experience with Ford India and Chennai Ford.
                    They provided me a Car that was completely Defective - Door Alignments are improper and the Tie Rod that connects the Steering and the Wheel for broken in normal road condition.

                    Looks like Ford treats Indian Customers as their Trash Bin and Dumps poor quality Cars.

                    I am fighting for a car replacement and Ford is just giveing Irresponsible Answers.

                    Looks like all Ford Owners should form a movement against this irresponsible and bad Quality and Safety work of Ford.
                    Thats sad.. I have already started the legal proceedings and already sent a legal notice to them..I am dragging them to court now.

                      Never buy cars form Chennai Ford.They sell all defective and old cars.

                      I bought a Ford Fiesta Zxi from Chennai Ford just 4 months ago.

                      Today , I would have lost my Family in a car accident because the Steering Rod just broke while we were driving and the car ran out of control.
                      I am Shocked and Ford had put my family in Peril.

                      How come a car just 4 months old while being driven in a good laid road can cause such a problem.

                      I had also raised a issue stating the DOOR alignments of my car were not proper and FORD has accepted it is a Manufacturing issue and got them fixed.
                      Apart from this there were a lot of issues related to the window beedings, Wiper motors, etc

                      Now , much more serious issue of the steering shaft getting defective and I am terrible shocked.

                      If , the doors were having a Manufacturing Issue
                      If there were number of issues related to beedings and Wiper motors,
                      If the car's steering shaft got broken when driving on a normal road,
                      The Car is DEFECTIVE.

                      FORD HAVE SOLD ME A DEFFECTIVE CAR.

                      I am dissapointed and feel Cheated and have lost my confidence in FORD.
                      FOrd had put my Family in Peril.

                        Pathetic Customer service

                        I have a very pathetic Expeience from FORD India ltd and their dealer Kairali Ford.

                        My 10 month old FORD Fiesta Run only 12000KM. I was very happy with its performance and its fuel efficiency.But the experience Twisted suddenly. While riding Its stopped suddenly.
                        I informed the Road Side assistance and they took the car ito workshop.
                        The Mystery starts then onwards.
                        After 66 Hrs,the service center informed...

                        New ford figo has following problems

                        1. Digital ODO meter
                        2. Central locking system
                        3. Hand Brake indicators
                        4. Spare parts availability
                        5. Service issues
                        6. 2nd gear pick-up of car on a hill with A/C

                        Ford Figo — Delayed Delivery

                        This is utterly disappointing the way ford dealership behaves. They are delaying the delivery of the vehicle time and again. So much so they are rushing me for the different color.

                        They event don’t know what they are talking And sales staff is suitable for auto rickshaw selling. I plan to switch to some Indian brand.

                        I don't expect them to deliver good servicing also.
                        Maybe the delay is because of the advance they have received. I am also a victim of this policy .Please advice your contacts to switch to Maruti it is the best. They reply to mails and call too

                        Ford Figo — Short supply

                        Dear Sir.

                        I bought a ford fogo 2 months back from India garage. During delivery from India garage the Car was delivered without foot mats. Even after 2 months they have not delivered the foot mats. No proper replies are given.

                        Ford Figo — figo petrol mileage

                        figo petrol version had less milege in all conditions . an average of 14 km maximum.
                        bought petrol figo really dissapointed with the mileage. it gives 10 in city and aound 13-14 on highway.

                        hi! my figo petrol gives me 12-13 kms in city driving.
                        pls note, that all cars are very sensitive to tyre pressures. do check a reliable air filler ( also the gauge, which many a times are faulty & OF LOCAL MAKE).

                        i am suresh varmora i intrested to buy ford figo car 1.2 EXI model but i confuse due to as per ford company site rajkot city ex showroom price for this model is around Rs 4,00000 but as per rajkot ford eagle show room price list this model Ex-show room price is Rs 4,15000 how it is possible. pl. give me reply if possible
                        Usually in any car, 2nd gear is trouble due to gear ratio balance in gear box design. This problem persists in high end cars also, I made several iterations in design of the gear box in PG for 4 speed and 5 speed, but never attained an optimized gear ratio, because speed that we go will be in such a way that needs a 2.5 gear, that is gear between 2 and 3...
                        That is the reason we provide 9 gear vehicle for heavy trucks, like dump trucks which costs 7-9 lakhs for gear box alone.
                        Try this method in your car, release the clutch gently and raise the accelerator a bit this works very good for cars.
                        third gear is optimized, we feel good pickup

                        Ford Figo — irresponsible service

                        i had given my car stereo for repair 1 and half months ago..but i still didnt get it repaired...each time i ask they say that they will give the next day.

                        Ford Figo is one of the worst cars that anyone can buy, the service people always end up saying that everything is allright and within Ford India specifications. What they really mean is that Indians are below standard and we have make do with whatever is sold to us. If Ford India is really genuinely concerned about good customer service, the least they can do is to get feedback from all customers who have been reporting problems and "rectify" them all as a genuine gesture of good will and replace all parts if necessary at thier cost.

                        1. Suspension very hard
                        2. Headlights not at all good, infact dangerous
                        3. Windscreen reflects the dashboard and the image superimposes on the front vision throwing a customer's driving to hazard
                        4. Road Clerance is pathetic when fully loaded
                        5. Mileage is the worst
                        6. Doors and Body have odd sounds
                        7. Brakes create a lot of sounds even on Models which have ABS
                        8. No Pickup in 2nd gear even on normal roads with AC on
                        9... the list can be endless

                        I totally agree with the above complaint. I am too facing following problems in my newly purchased FIGO.

                        1. Digital ODO meter - Even after adding some amount of fuel, the odometer shows the original status only. The readings do not match the actual mileage.
                        2. Hand brake indicator - It is always showing in active condition, even after locking the car.
                        3. Power loss in AC - In AC mode the pick up is highly diminished.
                        4. Noise from door and body - Its doors makes a typical noise of rubbing during driving.
                        5. Hard wipers - wipers feel some kind of resistance and makes noise.
                        6. Poor mileage - giving me a mileage of 10/km on petrol.
                        My self Rajneesh jindal I suggest to all that never buy a ford car. they manufacture poor products.

                        The problems mentioned above are true.
                        Service is too poor.
                        The front desk girls of ford are always insisting for the points. And they expect that we help them to earn points even though we are not at all satisfied.Ford is the worst choice any one can make.
                        I owe Figo for last 5+ years, and trust me my over all experience is not that bad as mentioned in number of comments above.
                        Trus me Ford has far better quality of service than Volkwagen. if you guys rate Ford as 2/5 in services than i can bet u will give volkwages Negative Five. Issue depends on service centres, if you try KS ford in Jaipur they are just average in quality of service while Harpreet ford Gurgaon is 4/5 or 5/5 normally.

                        I had left my car for body repair for damaged part due to tree fall.
                        When I went to receive the car, it was all done and ready but some billing process was happening. The car was parked by them near to entrance which was meant for parking. But due to poor management another big truck tried to enter from that place and damaged the same repair part again (although small).
                        The ford people said it will cost only about Rs. 500-1000 but the car has to be sent to same place (40 km away) for doing the same repair again.
                        They did not even had the courtesy to say that they will bear the cost as all the fault/negligiency/responsibility was theirs.

                        Instead they said this cost is too small for me (and I assumed it is too big a cost for a company like ford). I just left that place taking my car in the same condition.

                        They don`t even have the ethics of discussing or thinking about whether some one has the power to take decisions on such matters or simply shoo away the customer after taking money from them.
                        100 % correct with all the complaints stated above. I have been using Ford Figo for the last one n half year. The problem with 2nd gear, poor mileage, low ground clearance, odometer, poor power when AC is own, odd sound maybe due to problem with shock absorbers, torque problem up on the slope, vision problem on the curves due to broad angular frame on the right side, poor pick up, especially, while trying to speed up after having slowed down, and Manu more. This model should be recalled by Ford India. Thnx!
                        Thanks all for providing your feedback/comments, could you all be more specific on the figo model that you are talking about?. I mean if it is a diesel or a petrol?, when was it purchased and if it is old/new gen figo.

                        I am planning to buy the new gen figo my self, i already have the old figo diesel purchased in 2012. I agree that i faced many issue initially, but slowly things fell in place. The assistant at the ford work shop were helpful and honest. They indicated me the problems the car is facing and also informed that what i can expect out of it.

                        It is now 4.5 year with my figo and i am happy with the car. I am looking for the new gen figo now, after comparing i20 with figo, i felt figo is value for money.

                        they have taken out a problem with the engine of my car and have refused warranty on it as i have missed 3 services. now they are saying that they dont understand what the problem is and that it will cost me up of 1.75 lacs to fix the engine of the car. i am suffering since i have bought this car for commercial purpose. the service and the cooperation of the company is the worst of all. i regret the decision of buying this car daily

                        compared to my old honda city this one have better milage that is 10 to 13 compared to hondas 8-11
                        also it is more fun to drive car only problem i felt is the transmission, the DSG gear box in my figo is not as good as one in Volkswagen vehicles like in polo ameo etc...

                        if you are confused between hyundai Maruty honda ford, with automatic transmission, within a price range of 6-7Lakh ex showroom then this one is best buy
                        Odometer problem and milage problem is true.
                        I am getting heating symbol while stopping car from 4th gear to 1st gear . i am checked there is no leak in hoses, Radiator also serviced. Kindly anyone give exact solutions for my issue

                        I am also using Ford Figo Titanium 2019-Petrol from July 2019. This model also has power lack in 3rd gear, specially when we need to overtake in single two lane highway. Its True that in AC on mode its performance is poor.

                        Another problem I felt is with race. The car generates power after a while (2-3 Seconds) when we press race padel.

                        At SP Ford Himmatnagar Gujrat people are not responsive and helpful.

                          I am having a Ford Fiesta 1.4 EXI. This car is aged about just 4 years and clocked 43000 kms.

                          Strangely it has developed some problem in the Air Conditioning System which the Service Guys are not able to detect at CAPITAL FORD,Bhubaneswar,Orissa.

                          First I was informed that it has a leak in Cooling Coil which has to be replaced. On investigating for 2 days and replacing the cooling coil the Service engineer says that the compressor is having trouble which has to be replaced also.

                          I am surprised for a Ford Car having such major troubles in AC in just 4 years and 43000 kms. Whereas i have never faced any such issues in any other Car i Own. This accounts for major repairing charges which is not expected for a car of this age and brand.

                          I would therefore request the FORD COMPANY to consider this as a manufacturing issue and repair the same.

                          As i have observed from several owners and their blogs this has been faced by many Ford car owners i.e Ford Fiesta and have been reported to the MD as i have done.

                          This is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to resolve these issues after recieving such complaints of similar kind from different Owners and rectify the faulty part.

                          Ford being a recognized brand should respond to such complaints and take the responsibility to replace the spare on company's cost.

                          These issues have tarnished the reputation of a Ford Car and gives an wrong impression on Ford Products.

                          I had the same problem.My car is 4yrs old.i have already changed ac pipe twice, cooling coil, engine bed, gear cable, power steering pipe, shaft, fan...and so.i'm planning to sell my car and will never buy ford anymore.I never had any of these problems in my previous cars.Ford is not worth for money.

                            We have bought a Ford Fiesta Vehicle form Shaman Ford who is a reputed dealer in Mumbai and an authorised Ford sales and service dealership.

                            The vehicle has encountered numerous problem details of which are attached to the vehicle identification number of ford.

                            We also enrolled into an extended warranty program with Ford India. As a gesture to satisfy us Ford agreed to further extended the extended warranty program for a additional one year after the warranty term was over.

                            We did have more problems with vehicle breaking down and now were are ford is not willing to comply by the committed warranty terms and trying to bill us with the charges for repairs.

                            We are ready to pay the labor charges. But they are not willing to cover for parts in the engine and the timing area which wear out only if the vehicle has been run for only little 30,000 km. Our warranty on these parts elapses on 28th Nov 2011 or 40,000 km which ever is earlier.

                            This is clear case of taking undue advantage of the customers for small business gains.

                            I hope this message clearly reaches the authorities.

                            Ford Fiesta — Warranty and Poor quality

                            We have bought Ford Feista in Feb 2008 from Allahbad dealer when we were told that the car has 2 year warranty period.
                            Later in jan 2009 we faced some problems in the car of Mobile rising to double level and back compressor problems of which we showed to Ford dealer and it was always told there is no big problem and we were always sent back.

                            On Aug 2009 we ask them forcefully to check our car which later turned out that all the 4 connectors are to be replaced and which will cost us Rs 70000.00, Reason for the problem is that Diesel may not be good, but we always got the deisel for the reputed station and in the ford booklet its never mentioned to use only particular type of the diesel.
                            Later they told us that all the car manufactured before 2008 does not comes under warranty where as at them time of purchase we were told its 2 years warranty.

                            We felt like cheated from one of the best company in the world and the honesty and saga of customer service they tell in there website and advertisements is just to cheat people and sell the product.
                            I request to help us in the same to recover our money

                              ford ikon (new model) was really good but newer buy it in tristar at rajahmundry AP. they will try to cheat u in all the way they can. when ever i left my new model ford ikon for service at the tristar ford show room in rajahmundry,they never attended the car not before one hour. last week i left the car for problem in the AC within the warrenty period.similarly they were delaying and i have to leave my vehicle there and went for my clinic.next when i returned back in the evening ,all they could find was the coil was gone and no spared ,we have to wait for 5 days.and when i saw the kilometer reading they have used my vehicle for more than 40 km.the answer they tell was trial.
                              when i bought the car they said the rubber bootmat will be provided from the company and as there is no stock they will provide it later.it was nearly 1 year and 8 months .til now they have not replaced .last time when i asked hardly they were answering that nothing was written in the purchase form ..they will cheat u very cleverly .want to try just drop in tristar ford rajahmundry

                                I purchased a Car from Wonder Ford Meerut in September 2009. They took total amount from me including Insurance Charges. At the time of booking they offered me Rs. 18000/- (Rs. 10000/- towards exchange bonus and Rs. 8000/- towards Profession) but at the time of delivery they told me that they will pay the same after they receive it from Ford India. Ford India canceled their dealership and even after complaining to Ford India they told me that they cant do anything.
                                Today I came to know another fraud. Wonder Ford issued me a Insurance cover note of Bajaj Allianz but today when I went for renewal to Bajaj Allianz they told that the cheque issued by Wonder Ford dishonored so I will not get No Claim Bonus.

                                  I want to bring to your notice serious irregularity and wrong commitments being offered at Cargo Ford - C.G.Road - Ahmedabad, Gujarat,India.

                                  My name is apurva bhagat.

                                  A few days back i visited this dealer. i was interested in booking for Ford Fiesta. I was asked to pay Rs.25000/- as booking amount for the said car and I WAS EXPRESSLY INSURED BY THE DEALER THAT - IN CASE OF ME CANCELLING THE BOOKING I WILL BE REFUNDED 100% AMOUNT.

                                  After some days, i went back to the same dealer asking for cancellation. i had to cancel the same because of some personal reasons.

                                  He asked me to come tommorrow.. like this he made me to visit his showroom for 10-12 times... I had no other option but to follow him. He was making me wait some many a times and than used to say - Come Tomorrow.

                                  Atlast He gave me a cheque of Rs.22000/- only. He said that Rs.3000/- is a cancellation charge.

                                  I seriously didnt expect a company like ford to be this loose on its commitment. A company of this magnitute is not expected to be this non customer friendly.


                                  I have faced enough trauma and problems because of this ruthless behaviour.
