Ford India — Faulty Service Leading to Multiple Issues

1. Vehicle Engine was repaired at Tirupati Show room in Nov 2022

2. Vehicle failed on same day as delivery

3. Ford Showroom took back Vehicle and half engine was changed

4. Vehicle on delivery brought to Hyd next day had multiple issues including

Gear Failure, Shaft Broken with life danger etc

5. Ford Showroom Kondapur and Ford India discussed with me and apologized for the issues

and said will need to change Transmission and related parts along with fixing above issues

6. Ford India assured me that all issues are fixed and I will not face any other issues

7. Within 5000 kms now the below issue has occurred in Engine as mentioned by you and less than 1 year since the assurances

As per my knowledge this reflects multiple legal issues

1. Endangering Customer Life

2. Poor Quality of Parts from Manufacturer

3. Poor Quality of Service

4. False Assurances provided
