Hi,
I am writing here because I am fed with Ford service.
I have purchased ecosport in 12 june 2020 and financed by FCI. During the purchase I had given 60 cheque to Bhagat ford Ludhiana. This is my Company account which I am using last 20 year with good CIBIL.
I received so many calls regarding your EMI laps kindly pay. I always explain everything that I have already given the cheque after it works 2 month then again...

Am not satisfied with our tolichowki service center. As i shown my vehicle to a service point but they have not cleared my vehicle problem. Even they also don't know what is the exact problem. And they are not responding us correctly. You have to take immediately action about my vehicle. Kindly solve my vehicle problem as soon as possible. Or else contact me i will explain about the problem. I hope you will do a better to me. Thank you am waiting for your response

    I Bought the car in march and from day one i am feeling vibration and shaking in car and specially in steering and also pickup and performance in less in 3rd and 4th gear. Complained to dealer on 2nd day of purchase and they took my car 4 times for inspection and software update.     I visited ford agency ferozepur road, one month ago and have ordered headrest, one of your employee took my order and said he will call me back within 2 -3 days but its been a month i havent recieved any call, kindly arrange my order for headrests

      Got a poor service from one of your employee in ferozepur road agency . I have called several times to my pre ordered headrest, but always got a negative feedback from them . kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

        I bought Ford Ecosport on 24 Feb 2021. The car has run around 1500 km (1512 km exact), One morning while washing the car I saw the rear tyre was flat when I looked closely there was also a cut. I called Ford CC and they sent a guy to replace the tyre and the guy told me to get in touch with Ford assistance to get the tyre checked.         I went for servicing of ford ecosport at pearl ford ambala.
        Before service, mechanic driven the car for trial, there was no problem in the car. When I came back, on my way to home, I felt jerk and shock problem, when I went back to the agency, they told rear shockers are unserviceable.They replaced the shockers and charged me 7500 rupees.

          I have booked Ford Ecosport Titanium Diesel on Feb-06-2021, at the time of delivery they promised to deliver vehicle in 20-40 days.After 40 days when I contacted the dealer(Lakshmi Ford Guntur) and Ford India they said that they will deliver vehicle in April for sure but again they failed deliver.Please take action on Ford India. They only care about bookings mainly the Dealers and don’t care about Customers and delivery of vehicles...

          and today 7/4/2021 our ford car battery down unable to start the car.

          i call bhavna automobiles pvt ltd, kalina, mumbai to check the car because the battery is under warranty. but they refuse

            I gave my car to Talera ford Wagholi Pune on 25th March 2021. After the service, one item which is a big soft toy is missing from the car. I have sent them the pictures of car pickup and drop and the car went missing in the service center. They have acknowledged that the car went missing in the service center. But they are unable to track it. How can such a big item go missing from the car. This is sheer negligence. How can we blindly trust...

            I have purchased my vehicle mp15cb3333 on 13 march 2019.
            Here I want to share some of the issues.
            Two of the car tyres got side cuts within a year and from last 3 month my air conditioning unit is not working properly and now it's heating like hell.. And it is very difficult to drive the vehicle with family in such a heat atmosphere of 40 degree celsius.
            It is ridiculous to AC get effected in such a small time means...

            I have bought my new car Ford Freestyle (AS01EP6951) on 17th Dec 2020 from TI Ford Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Assam and till now i didn't got my Original RC book.I have enquired in the showroom but they can't response my request.They're completely clueless and not giving proper replies on how will i get my Original RC. I have been chasing them every week and still getting variety of excuses rather than solution.

            Please help me file a complaint against the Showroom and get my Original RC book as soon as possible.

              I purchased my Car (MH-11-CG-8928) since last 3 Years, till date I done my all services in Ford Services centers. initial 6 months no any sound in my car. but after 6 months i got sound in my car from bonnet, at the time of services i repeatedly told to manager but they are doing just wheel alignment, whether they are doing or not, i dont know.

              I mailed previously about the issue of cheating on the policy for more than two years . After that they got mail to transfer the refund of policy to us but they still want the bank statement though we have already provided it earlier . And now even though they reply to calls, but don't give us proper statement/ answers to our queries.
              They are simply ignoring us. We request you to solve this issue for us....

              We have Ford Figo 2010 Model. It has run only 42000 km till date. Recently it met with an accident in Gujarat and we took it to Service Centre at Surat (Kings Motor Pvt Limited). They changed so many parts including Head Lamps and we paid approx. 150000 for repairing of the car. But I observed that the Head Lamp is not working properly and Beam is totally out, that can not be adjusted. At present the vehicle is in Lucknow. Please guide us how can this problem be solved at Lucknow as this Head Beam is under warranty.

                Tn 82 v 0525, 1.5, year old figo painting got automatically peeling off and rusted, I complained to dealer, the reply from ford was idiotic. After asking about my job aspects, parking area & location of my house . Taking class about rusting, is this the way u treat the customer.
