Ford India — Faulty vehicle given | |
Dear concerned, I had purchased ford free style vehicle from mody ford hyderabad. After paying 9.4 lacs a person will feel that car will be really good but from second day i am cursing myself for taking decision to but ford. From initial day the ac was not working and on second day it was taken to workshop where person had put gas stating gas leaked and gave car back. Again the ac was not working and car was taken back stating we will fix it. Now they say some seal is broken and needs to be changed. Moreover the google maps are not working and car is giving jerks on gear change. My question is when a person paid full amount then why he or she should take a faulty vehicle. According to the dealer the pre delivery check up was done and so was the quality check but nothing was found in it then why the problem came. I am sure no one will be willing to pay amount for faulty product. People were saying ford is good but i am finding it otherwise. Through this complaint where before writing this, i have already sent complaints to ford india, mody ford and to mr vinay from ford india about my concern and what a replacement for my vehicle or money back. A persons sentiments are attached with new vehicle and now i am feeling as if i am sitting on heap of problem creator. Please replace my vehicle and if not possible then please refund my money.
