Ford India — My FC is not passed due to speed control device.

My name is nagaraj from Chennai, I got my ford figo in MPL, 2013 model diesel car. Insurance current, but FC expired on 14th of june, till not FC is not getting passed in Chennai Ambatture RTO. Police want a speed controller device to installed in my car. hence he dint pass FC for my car. complained in ford sales dept and customer car, still dint get any reply. if this is the case my could I run my family, want a approval from ford for my car, so that I can get my FC passed please help. call me at [protected].
