I Santosh shah admitted my patient into your hospital on 7th Jan 2016 after that all the treatment are going well, and doctor advised to discharge my patient on 19th Jan 2016 at 10 am, but your typists not send discharged summary to tpa department til 4.45 pm. Then I went to patient welfare department for solution of this problem unless solving my problem they talked to me very offensive way. They used abusive language with me. Though I contacted to the administrative department and informed about all incident happened with me. After that whole processed start for discharging my patient and then my patient discharged at 9.30 pm from hospital. This kind of harassment we don't tolerate this, we are regular visitor of fortis hospital. Hoping to see your response to the problem we are faced. I took an appointment for Dr. Harish Ghoota for today 1:50 PM was taken by surprised that some other Doctor give my mother(patient)consultancy. The system is totally absurd as he insisted patient to be sitting far away. Being in a profession where you need to physically examine the patient how can you dispense with this? This is utterly unethical to charge fees of doctor who was not there?
Attached prescription to prove the same is written by other doctor.
Basically I came here to take a second opinion on Knee pain for my other. Absolutely dissatisfied.
Do you people realize how noble your profession is? wasting some body time and money is not
going to pay in long term.
