Why the franchise fee is not refundable? and under what conditions(what we are going through is not normal conditions) it is not refundable.
how does this refund effect the zee learn(big corporate)?
Why it is not shared with us before the payment made.
Because we have not started a preschool So there is no physical investment from Zeelearn specifically for us. there will no loss to Zeelearn.
Why we are asking for a refund:
We have paid a franchise fee last year 2020 for preschool. But we could not start it due to the COVID-19 spread.
in the second wave this year as a middle-class family we could not survive financially. we are running out of funds. we had to spend all our savings in the hospitals(18K per day). All our family members are affected from covid-19 and my mother is at high risk.
I would request you to refund this franchise fee. it will help us to save our family in such a situation. we are already in debt and paying high interest(For personal loan and Gold loan) to the bank. Even in the future, it is not possible to start this preschool in the next 3-4 years
