Chimney was purchased on[protected] with a life time warranty of 12 years from date of purchase(Ref: BLR[protected]. Complaint number[protected] dt 3-9-2015 was raised and ACE services came on 5-9-2015 and verbally informed that the rotor would be replaced within a week. Till date, no one came and when referred to service center, there is no response.
