Main is institute me sirf information ke liye aayi thi kyuki mujhe is year join nhi krna tha lekin aapke employee Saumita Das and Ankita ne mujhe ye kaha ki abhi registration kr lo ek saal baad join karna. Isliye maine registration krwa liya tha lekin ab unlog keh rhe hai ki abhi join karo warna registration cancel ho jayega.Registration karne se pehle maine saaf lafzo me keh diya tha ki mai ek saal baad join krungi tb unlogo ne kaha koi problem nhi hai lekin ab unlog baat se mukad rhe hai.. Mujhe refund nhi chahiye bas mujhe ek saal ka time chahiye kyuki ye baat pehle hi ho chuki thi ki ek saal baad hi mai join krungi...

        Respected sir
        I got admission in frankfinn institute of air hostess training and i paid Rs.15000 as registration and Rs.22000
        as admission fees.then I got into financial problem as a result because of which I contacted the institution but they refuse to refund any money I did not attend a single class of frankfinn.

        Please help me get my parents hard earned money back.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your main branch at Andheri west during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.

          After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 11 months skills development Training Course Frankfinn certificate in hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 02, June 2022 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000.

          I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I had visited and submit application twice to the Frankfinn institute at Andheri west Branch, but i did not get any updates and she has not tell anything. I want my money back. It's Big amount for me. It's my Papa's one month salary. I financially broken person.

          Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

          I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.
          I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

            Hi,
            Greetings for the day.
            I, Ranganath Chakraborty (father of Anunima Malik, Student of Batch No. D5, Ref ID- FIAT/KOL/20-21/163, Camac Street Branch), have the honor to bring the following matter into your urgent attention.
            I got my daughter admitted in your Camac Street, Kolkata Institute in July 2020 with due intervention of Ms. Erum Ahmed, Ms. Shilpa Bhatia and Ms Piyali Seth with a course fee of Rs. 1.35 lac (excluding scholarship) + Rs 15, 000.00 (Processing fee) = Rs. !.50 lac.
            An education loan was adjusted by Institute (through involvement of Ms Piyali Seth and Ms. Shilpa Bhatia) from Visionary Financepeer.com with conditions of three (3) upfront payment followed with eighteen (18) EMI through bank automatic deduction process. Three (3) upfront payment was to be adjusted by Institute from my paid amount as decided by Ms.. Piyali Seth through Ms. Shilpa Bhatia. EMI did start getting automatically deducted from my Bank account effective Oct 2020 . The EMI was calculated for Rs. 5650.00?month. It was continued till March 2022 with eighteen (18) installments paid without any failure from my side.
            I was suddenly enquired and notified by Visionary Financepeer to pay outstanding EMIs'. On my clarification they came out with their own server problem and I was advised to send the bank statement for that period. I sent the requested document. I was asked again to approach Institute to confirm upfront payment from Institute to them. I went to Institute and after making search on my request for the same, it was revealed that Institute did not make the payment to Visionary Financepeer, instead the amount was additionally credited to Institute by increasing the fee to Rs. 1.65 lac in place of Rs. 1.50 lac (consolidated).
            Now for the last three months finance company is behind me and pushing me to pay the outstanding amount with penalty which is been accumulated to Rs 33900.93 (as of this month i.e. June 2022).
            Your due involvement is highly solicited to resolve this crisis. Being an Ex-serviceman, it is truly humiliating for me to get noticed by Visionary Financepeer every now and then for outstanding amount which has not been committed by me.
            Note: Bank statement could not be attached as system did not allow that. It will be produced upon request if necessary.

              My name is Pragati Saxena and I'm a resident of Lucknow Uttar Pradesh.
              I got a call from frankfinn institute of Air hostess, kapoorthala chauraha, Lucknow for a seminar. I went there and then they told me to take admission in their institute and also they told me to submit rupees 2000/- at the moment for seat reservation and they also added that if I want I can cancel my registration any time and the fee will be refunded, they compelled me to take admission in their institute so I decided to submit rupees 2000/-
              But now they are saying that this is non refundable deposit when I told them I'll not be able to do this course.
              They are making us fool, they are doing Fraud with people.
              I want my money back as soon as possible.

                Good evening sir / mam,

                I am Kavita Rajoriya, student of Frankfinn south ex centre from the batch Z4. At the time admission, I spoke to the sales team about the accident scar and extreme acne prone skin problems and they said that all this can be concealed and I am totally eligible for the aviation course which is of 11 months. I asked them that if there is any issue I will go with the hospitality course and I have no problem but still they said that it is totally okay.

                And now when my course is over and I am looking for the interviews and placement, our centre head is denying for sending me for the cabin crew interview because of the scar. At the time of screening, she clearly said no to me for cabin crew interviews and asked me to go for a plastic surgery. I requested her and tried talking to her many a times and somehow I managed to go for indigo campus interview . In the interview, the HR of indigo said that the scar is not so big and it is okay conceal it if you can. But still I got the feedback that I was rejected because of the scar only or else I was perfectly okay for it.

                After few days I went for the interview of immigration consultant for the Isha Immigration pvt. Ltd. and got selected. When I joined the company I got to know that the work I have to do is of calling and the salary is 9k. And I was earlier told by my aviation trainer that calling or any other job profile which doesn't have any exposure to the customer won't be considered as experience in aviation sector. Sir/Mam I tried talking to my centre people and they said do that job and try new things.

                Sir/Mam, At the time of admission, I was not financially stable for paying the fee so they said that I can go for the education loan and can continue with the aviation course. And I sir did whatever they said, I took the loan and now when I have to pay it back, how will I do it in 9k salary and will be able to manage my things as well.

                Sir/mam, I have won the tittle of best personality in sdm activity, got the certificate for full attendance and have always been praised for my performance. I have been regular and attentive to the classes. I have given my 100% in each and every activity and in every class whether it is online or offline. Even when I was having my personal works, being not well or any other urgent work still I somehow managed to be there in the class not just physically but mentally as well because my career is my priority.

                Centre manager and other people from the Institute had demotivated me a lot by asking me for the scar and saying about how ugly my face was when I took the admission. I am to totally hopeless right now. No one from the centre is telling me about the screening or the interviews. My batch mates are getting the call for the same but not me. Sir going through a plastic surgery is very expensive and we can't afford it and I am scared of the side effects of it as well.

                Sir/Mam I request you with folded hands that please help me out with this . If someone can help me with my queries and if possible I get a call, I will be grateful.

                                  Sir maine 25000 fess pay kiya tha maine koi class attend nahi kiya .. maine refund ke liye head brach mai baat ki but unhone bola ki refund krkain nahi milega
                                  Mere ghr mainkoi job krne wala nahi h sirf meri sister hi job krti h or itna hum nahi pay skte h .

                                  Sir maine 20 /1/2021 ko admission liya tha ami tabhi join nhi kr payi because of lockdown. .. or uske baad financial issue ki wajah se maine baat bhi ki thi jb paise hogain tb join krugi to unhone ok bola tha .. mujhe ye bola tha ki cabin crew ka h and placement krkain milegi or maine 25000 fess bhi pay kiya 15000 admission fees and 15000 books uniform fess .. Jb batch start krne ko gyi mai tb mujhe pata chla ki hospitality course h mera to maine refund ke liye baat ki head branch mai or waha ki mam se but unhone bola nahi hoga .. meri financial condition itni aachi nhi h jo mai kr saku meri sirf sister hi job krti h ..                                     यह पत्र प्रवेश शुल्क की वापसी के लिए औपचारिक अनुरोध के रूप में कार्य करता है जो मैंने आपको (29 मार्च, 2022) पंजीकरण और प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया के दौरान साऊथ एक्सटेंशन, Delhi प्स्थित आपके मुख्य प्रधान कार्यालय में जमा किया था। शुल्क। मैंने 5, 000, 5, 000, 5000 (शाम को 2:42 - 2:43 बजे )के बीच मैं जमा किया

                                    परामर्श सत्र के बाद, मुझे 29 मार्च 2022 को 11 महीने के व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम- फ्रैंकफिन पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कोर्स सर्टिफिकेशन कोर्स इन एविएशन, हॉस्पिटैलिटी ट्रैवल एंड कस्टमर सर्विसेज (FCAHTCS) के लिए चुना गया, और फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट को कुल 15 हजार की राशि का भुगतान किया।

                                    लेकिन कुछ दिनों के बाद, मैं अपने परिवार में वित्तीय समस्याओं के कारण उस प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने का निर्णय लूंगा क्योंकि मेरे माता-पिता ने अपने रिश्तेदारों से 15 हजार की राशि उधार ली थी और वे उन्हें बहुत जल्द वापस करना चाहते हैं। इस वित्तीय समस्या को हल करने के लिए मैं अपनी राशि फ्रैंकफिन संस्थान से प्राप्त करना चाहता हूं। और मैं अपनी आगे की पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ कोचिंग क्लास लेना भी जारी रखना चाहता हूं। इसलिए
                                    मैं अपने व्यक्तिगत मुद्दों के कारण इस पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल नहीं हो सका, जिसका मैंने ऊपर उल्लेख किया है।
                                    मैंने साऊथ एक्सटेंशन, Delhi में फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट में जाकर आवेदन और पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा किया था, लेकिन मुझे कोई अपडेट नहीं मिला और उसने पहले और काउंसलिंग के समय कोई वापसी योग्य और गैर-वापसी योग्य नीति नहीं बताई। और जब मैं मैम से बात करता हूं तो उसने वह (15, 000) वापस देने से भी इनकार कर दिया जो वास्तव में मुझे और मेरे माता-पिता के लिए एक बड़ी राशि है क्योंकि हम गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, हमारी वित्तीय स्थिति बहुत अधिक है। यह मेरे और मेरी आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए बहुत मायने रखता है।
                                    एक विनम्र पृष्ठभूमि से ताल्लुक रखने से मुझे बहुत फर्क पड़ता है, इसलिए मैंने आपसे अपने प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान (प्रीत विहार में फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट) से मेरा प्रवेश रद्द करने का अनुरोध किया और कृपया मेरा प्रवेश शुल्क (15, 000) वापस कर दिया ताकि मैं वहन कर सकूं मेरी आगे की पढ़ाई का खर्चा।

                                    मैंने 29 मार्च, 2022 को भुगतान किए गए भुगतान की बैंक रसीदों के साथ कुछ दस्तावेज़ संलग्न किए हैं।
                                    मुझे आशा है कि आप जल्द ही प्रवेश रद्द करने और धनवापसी प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में सुनेंगे।

                                      Hi this is Simran and I took admission in frankfinn institute of Air hostess training south extension last 14th March 2022.
                                      By 15th March I took admission as i paid whole amount 15000 which they've told me .
                                      And i couldn't pay the remaining amount due to family crisis and due to that I did not do the next payment and which they've said that once I do that payment I will get uniform and books . As i mentioned earlier I have not gone to that institution again due to personal issues. Due to that I could not call them .And as i called the person I know in that institution that helped me with admission regarding refund of my amount she just simply said there is no refund . If I've not even attended even one single class and no uniforms or books I've got so why can't I just get my refund. I belong to middle class family and that money means alot to me and which can be useful in my future studies . I believe my complaint will e heard and i will get my refund. Below I'm going to attach receipt from Paytm which I've paid 15000
