I was told about the cabin crew at the time of admission then gave me hospitality course I am not interested in that fraud has happened with me pls get me refund my fees.
I did 25000 pay also but now those people are not giving me my money my family may only my sister does job my dad is not there plz help me

    I went to frankfinn for admission in cabin crew but they registered me in hospitality and I had paid 25 000, i couldn't do hospitality, I also went to the institute multiple times, I asked for a refund but they didin't help me, I am a working member in my family now and I need my refund.             यह पत्र प्रवेश शुल्क की वापसी के लिए औपचारिक अनुरोध के रूप में कार्य करता है जो मैंने आपको (29 मार्च, 2022) पंजीकरण और प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया के दौरान साऊथ एक्सटेंशन, Delhi प्स्थित आपके मुख्य प्रधान कार्यालय में जमा किया था। शुल्क। मैंने 5, 000, 5, 000, 5000 (शाम को 2:42 - 2:43 बजे )के बीच मैं जमा किया

            परामर्श सत्र के बाद, मुझे 29 मार्च 2022 को 11 महीने के व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम- फ्रैंकफिन पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कोर्स सर्टिफिकेशन कोर्स इन एविएशन, हॉस्पिटैलिटी ट्रैवल एंड कस्टमर सर्विसेज (FCAHTCS) के लिए चुना गया, और फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट को कुल 15 हजार की राशि का भुगतान किया।

            लेकिन कुछ दिनों के बाद, मैं अपने परिवार में वित्तीय समस्याओं के कारण उस प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने का निर्णय लूंगा क्योंकि मेरे माता-पिता ने अपने रिश्तेदारों से 15 हजार की राशि उधार ली थी और वे उन्हें बहुत जल्द वापस करना चाहते हैं। इस वित्तीय समस्या को हल करने के लिए मैं अपनी राशि फ्रैंकफिन संस्थान से प्राप्त करना चाहता हूं। और मैं अपनी आगे की पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ कोचिंग क्लास लेना भी जारी रखना चाहता हूं। इसलिए
            मैं अपने व्यक्तिगत मुद्दों के कारण इस पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल नहीं हो सका, जिसका मैंने ऊपर उल्लेख किया है।
            मैंने साऊथ एक्सटेंशन, Delhi में फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट में जाकर आवेदन और पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा किया था, लेकिन मुझे कोई अपडेट नहीं मिला और उसने पहले और काउंसलिंग के समय कोई वापसी योग्य और गैर-वापसी योग्य नीति नहीं बताई। और जब मैं मैम से बात करता हूं तो उसने वह (15, 000) वापस देने से भी इनकार कर दिया जो वास्तव में मुझे और मेरे माता-पिता के लिए एक बड़ी राशि है क्योंकि हम गरीब परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, हमारी वित्तीय स्थिति बहुत अधिक है। यह मेरे और मेरी आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए बहुत मायने रखता है।
            एक विनम्र पृष्ठभूमि से ताल्लुक रखने से मुझे बहुत फर्क पड़ता है, इसलिए मैंने आपसे अपने प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान (प्रीत विहार में फ्रैंकफिन इंस्टीट्यूट) से मेरा प्रवेश रद्द करने का अनुरोध किया और कृपया मेरा प्रवेश शुल्क (15, 000) वापस कर दिया ताकि मैं वहन कर सकूं मेरी आगे की पढ़ाई का खर्चा।

            मैंने 29 मार्च, 2022 को भुगतान किए गए भुगतान की बैंक रसीदों के साथ कुछ दस्तावेज़ संलग्न किए हैं।
            मुझे आशा है कि आप जल्द ही प्रवेश रद्द करने और धनवापसी प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में सुनेंगे।

              Hi this is Simran and I took admission in frankfinn institute of Air hostess training south extension last 14th March 2022.
              By 15th March I took admission as i paid whole amount 15000 which they've told me .
              And i couldn't pay the remaining amount due to family crisis and due to that I did not do the next payment and which they've said that once I do that payment I will get uniform and books . As i mentioned earlier I have not gone to that institution again due to personal issues. Due to that I could not call them .And as i called the person I know in that institution that helped me with admission regarding refund of my amount she just simply said there is no refund . If I've not even attended even one single class and no uniforms or books I've got so why can't I just get my refund. I belong to middle class family and that money means alot to me and which can be useful in my future studies . I believe my complaint will e heard and i will get my refund.                 This is to let you know that during the situation of corona which was getting to ease in January 2022, my sister (HITESHI WADHWA) was planning to join Frankfinn institute of air hostess training to boost her profile and get some skills but she was also doing bachelor in business analytics (first year) online. She decided to join frankfinn and the nearest office to our house is rajouri garden. We called there and were attended by Ms NEERU. The only condition my sister was willing to join frankfinn was if her education would go online for a month so she could attend frankfinn classes physically. Ms NEERU has called every single day just to get the money but we kept our condition that if education would start physically, we would be getting back the whole refund of 15000 which we have paid. A coincidence is that my sister's university dropped a email about the physical start of classes just 3-4 days after we gave Ms NEERU the money. I want to make it clear that since that day, we have noticed how rude and unprofessional behaviour she is carrying. We called her every single day but she never pick the call and even if she pick, she says being in a meeting or anywhere else. Doesn't even replies on WhatsApp. Totally opposite behaviour after the payment is done and the time comes to pay back. We didn't had any idea this is the way employees of frankfinn institute of air hostess training would behave eventually. Such a big brand franfinn institute is and their employees do function like this. We live in Sonepat and its not we can go to the office everyday and ask for our refund back. We kindly want you to please look into this matter. I do have the receipt of 15000 paid to frankfinn institute. Thank you

                  This is in regards to the admission of my niece Masoom Sood for IHTM course on 17th december 2021 in Rajouri Garden branch (Student Ref.No. FIAT/DRG/21-22/802)

                  Immediately after the batch started because of lockdown she was asked to join online classes from 2nd Jan'22 onwards which lasted for 4-5 weeks after which the offline classes started for her. Once she started coming to the offline classes she was diagnosed with kidney stone and felt severe pain while travelling in metro from Rajouri Garden to Noida back from her class. This happened thrice within a span of 1.5 weeks after which I, being her local guardian, was afraid to send her alone to the classes by travelling a distance of 2 hours each way from Noida to Rajouri Garden. Thus I have sent her back to her hometown in Ajmer and she is undergoing treatment under the supervision of a local doctor. She has been advised to take precautions for a few months because of which she will not be able to come back to Noida and join classes.

                  I would like to get her registration cancelled and would want to get a refund of the fees paid till date. I have paid the registration fees of 15K, batch start fees of 16K and 2 installments of 29667 each. Thus the total amount paid till date is Rs.90K from total fees of 1.2 Lakhs.Since her parents are not from a well to do background, I being her aunt sponsored her course fee and considering the current unavoidable circumstances would not be in a position to bear the loss of 90K paid already to Frankfinn.

                  I have already sent mails to Rajouri Branch on 31st March'22 but they are not bothered to revert back. If required all the invoices can be furnished.

Your team is literally harassing us by asking to visit the center for the things which can be closed over the email. Are you people really concerned to resolve the issues or is it only about the fake claims that Frankfinn is doing on social media to create the name. I will be bound to send a legal notice in case if my concern is not resolved.

                    Worst institute i have ever seen.When admission has to be done, then they talk in such a way that they will give placement as soon as the money is available, and then the whole thing is over.When you have spoken, then at least give placement. And what is the scene of not picking up this phone.

                        Mansi Ganvir from Nagpur. I was very much interested into aviation course and somehow I made up my mind to join in the Frankfinn institute, Dharampeth branch, Nagpur. So I paid the registration fee of Rs 15, 000/- on 28/02/22. However, i was not able to join the classes due to financial problem and because of my family situation, my father is against with my admissions and my grandmother was getting hospitalise. I belong a poor family. And i was taken a money for admissions by someone else in per day 20% interest. Now i don't have enough money to give them back. And my father was also a zomato delivery man, they don't have that much of payment for my admissions to. I already send a email to [protected]@frankfinn but they denied for the refund. i requested them so many times but they didn't understand my situation. Even i visited to the Dharampeth branch centre also so many times but they didn't talk with us nicely and they also denied for the refund. They talk so badly, harshly and rudely. I am requesting you for the refund for the treatment of my grandmother. I haven’t attended a single class yet. Hope you understand my situation. I've taken a admission fees by interest and some from mortgage of my gold which I already informed the counsellor while making a payment. Now that my situation has gotten worse that I’m unable to manage money. I don’t have any additional financial support. This help from you will be appreciated.

                        I didn't get any response yet from this. I only want my refund back. Because in this institute they don't behaved properly while i talk with them for my refund back. Earlier they said that they will refund back to within 15 to 20 working days. But they denied to refund back. And seriously they talk so badly, harshly and rudely. I just want my refund back that's it.

                          Hii i am prerna bait. I have paid registration fees ₹15, 000 in frankfin Institute on 5th of march and was suppose to join the classes from April but because of my personal financial problems and my family's medical emergency I won't be able to join the classes and i have spoked about this to bhagyashree maam but she is not responding good about it. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible it's been more than 10 days. Please help

                                  I've paid the registration fees of rs.5000 on 18th February 2022 at the South ex branch of Frankfinn. But due to some financial reasons I don't want to take admission anymore. And when I asked them to refund, they're totally denying to refund my money.And at the time of registration they've given me each and every details of course and career but never discussed about that the money is refundable or not.

                                    It is about Mr. abdus and Garima in Frankfinn institute at south extension, where i send my daughter in January 2022 just to bring basic information where in institute, Mr. Abdus told today is last day of fees concession. but I requested will come back after workout at home but they try to convince if pay Rs 1000 will be book ur daughter seat vice versa, so i paid online Rs 1000, and after 2-3 days i ask to refund that rupees as she can't join this course on that time Garima and Abdus send me back by saying will check with out senior management then we come back to you and try to refund it. later they did not call me, and when i given call Mr. abdus he did not pick up the phone, and same done by Garima, then i visited again at institute where both talk with mis behave and tell we can't help you.

                                        Hi iam sandeep I studied in your institute and my course is A1AHS branch Kormangala and I completed all my exams and still have not been received my certificate it's all most 5 years over regarding this I mailed to institute and spoke to them no response soo my colleagues got there certificate but still I didn't receive my certificate required this I want to take a serious action on this I need to get my certificate are else I take other action and me needful
