I have not received my diploma

I completed my training in 2018 and I am working as a Cabin crew as well and it's been 3 years now that I have not received my diploma, I am applying for international airlines now and they need my diploma.
Also I took loan from bank to do this training and bank is asking for diploma too.
I visited the branch as well in South extension part 2 but they did nothing about it.
I need my diploma as soon as possible....

I am purnima patiyal from Delhi I took admission in frankfinn (2014 ) batch no. O4 / Student Ref No. FIAT/DSE/14-15/104 with amount 37079 + 13933 monthly fees but after completing the couse I didn't get my certificate and diploma from South Delhi frankfinn institute
How many times I coordinated with the frankfinn staff but they did not responded well and not even listened our problems clearly,
They directly said we can not...

Registration fee refund

As I requested for refund the registration fees not the course fees from Frankfinn, because one of my friend from delhi is also got the refund, that's why I requested for refund.
