I had joined your institute Frankfinn in 2019 end.
I paid 15k registration fee and 26k for classes.

Due to some reasons I was unable to attend classes and wanted refund.

I kept visiting your branch in Andheri west and kept contacting them, they just give me dates.

I am not asking for my registration fee 15k
But give me my 26k for classes as i did not attended even once.

I went to frankfinn institute for counseling on,
22nd july 2021 Tuesday 12:23Pm
After counseling he asked me,
what is my qualification so,

I clearly said, i was studying BBA 1st year from Jaipur University
After that I was asking what kind of courses are available here,
and then they told me that it varies, some courses are like,

6 Month courses,
8 months and 11 months.!

I was interested in Cabin-crew courses.
Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service (post graduate)

so i said that : i like to know more about this particular course
if im available for that!
after that they tell me about that particular courses,

like : the cabin crew course fees is
(80k for 6 month 9 Study 6 days/week for 2 hours/day)
and these are the parameter
height, weight, no visible tattoo! and after checking all the parameters,
i was totally passed!
and after that if you are interested in this course you'll have to clear 2 Tests!
one was a live interview and the second one was on the computer
i cleared both!

Then they said you have to pay 15k right now to book the seat + and 16k when you come to pick-up books or your first class
i said okay if I cleared all the things then and it's no issue to pay!!!

(After that I've just had 11000 rupees on google pay,
I said to Ma'am, can I pay you 4000rupees tomorrow?
so i pay the money on to
FRANKFINN INSTITUTE OF AIRHOSTESS TRAINING) Axis bank
they gave the bank detail's!

That day i pay to them 11000k
AT 22/JUNE/2021 12:23PM

The next day I sent 4000 rupees more!

=15000k
registration fees completed!

and then they say please come nxt day with all your original documents like:
Aadhar card, PAN Card, 10 original Marksheet, 12 Original Marksheet, and Passport!
we have to verify to them!!!
I say ohk!

next day i visit the office with all my original document,
(Aadhar card, PAN Card, 10 original Marksheet, 12 Original Marksheet, and Passport)

to clear out the remaining balance 16000k! and documents verification!!!
(for dress, books, id card)
then I' send 16000 Rupees

then what they said to me around half hour later that,
when i send 31000k to them
sorry Sahil are not eligible for the course,
I was shocked and asked why?

They said that the course is for people who are Graduate or Final Year Graduation Students (Students studying in Final Year of Graduation can also take admission. However, the certificate will be awarded only after passing Graduation.)

so i told them I told you earlier that I was a first year student!
you people said to me that all ok!

and i said ok leave it please refund my 31000 rupees!
they all said the money is not be refundable in any condition!
like how they all say that ya ya you are alright you have good height,
nice complexion, you are first year student you can do that
how they all change after i done my fees!

i send them total 31000k
11000k ON 22/JUNE/2021
4000K ON 23/JUNE/2021
16000K ON 24/JUNE/2021

they still do not give my all original documents like why,
MAN what is going over-here!
you people take other money!
you take their original documents!
and not giving it back!!!

Dear frankfinn, please look into this matter And please give me all my original documents and money
it was really highly requested of you, please!

I got admission in a frankfin institute of air hostess training...in Koramangala Bangalore...I paid a registration fee rs.15000 and RS .11500.for...class starting...but I am not attending any single class...from covid -19 I have a family problems and a financial problem...
please help me to get back my money RS .26500...

Kindly refund me back my 1 lakh 50 thousand this institute is a total scam dont go fr it, i took admission in 2018 but i did not attend any classes frankfinn is not refunding my such a big amount since then, i belong to a middle class family, i didnt even take admission there, my mum went there and these fraudsters counselled her very sweetly and fraudulently i have asked so many times to refund my amount but they are not doing so and today on 22nd june 2021 have sent me a threatning letter aswell that they will ask for more money if i ask for a refund and the lady on customer care talks very rudely and very smartly so that nothing gets recorded im pursuing my graduation from ignou now and im so tensed its covid time and we are not able to pay even our basic bills

This complain is on behalf of my friend.
She registered for frankfinn institutions and she paid 10000 rupees. And institutions ask for other installment to get into online class. She even didn't attain single class and nor they allow her to attain class. She belongs to poor and backward family of society. Now she is suffering from financial crisis.
So please help her and agent denied for refund.

My name is irshad i have enrolled before lockdown, but unfortunately didnt attended much classes due to the pandemic, after the lockdown they started the class on February but i have met with an accident and i had to attend the class on march but they told me that i will be getting the certification only not the diploma.But i have enrolled for a diploma programme because they to give it.
I have tried several times to contact with the insttitute, after knowing no use, i tried to connect with the customer care, they played with me saying institute can solve but when asking to institute they tells that head office can resolve.
I have fed by this, this is fraud institute, they always cheats the students.
Either i should get the refund nor the diploma program.

Our yaha pe sare coustemer ek jise hai help ke naam se bas chutiya katte hai logo ka aisa coustemer service maine kahi nhi dekha .

I got admission in Frankfinn Institute of air hostess training institute indoor and I paid Rs.11200 as registration and Rs 15000 as admission .then i got financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn. After giving the refund application to center head. He told that you will get Rs. 15000 only and registration amount will not be give to you i agree but when he give was me cheque it was of only Rs. 11200 from the total amount Rs 26200 that to after three months .my time is being wast just to go to Frankfinn Institute again and again in order to get my reming money back but they are not giving please help me so that i get my reming amount of money back

I am Shabnam Ahmeda from Guwahati. Thankfully I can say that I have completed my diploma course from Frankfinn institute, Guwahati. I always want to be proud as a student of Frankfinn but your team hasn't given me the chance till now. This is the so called world's no.1 traning institute of air hostess but I would like to say that it's services are pathetic.
The placement department wants to placed me in a call center whereas I paid 1, 11, 000 for a aviation industry only. If I can work in a call center then there was no need to pay this much of amount for a course, I could have join after my 12th. I want a good placement as your team promised me at that time of my admission.
The placement department knows how to manipulate and convince students with their broad smile. Even they don't give the chance to talk openly with them.
I just request you, please don't break a student's potential, please don't spoil a student's career and future. If you can't provide any good placements as you promise, please don't waste student's efforts, money and time.
I still hope for a better opportunities from your department because I don't have that ability to waste more money of my parent's for any course.

This is Swapna Rout, I had attended a seminar of frankfinn ...held in radhika regency, rourkela ...I had been shortlisted through the interview...I has submitted a registration fees of 15000/-, due to some family reasons I cannot join ...I just want them to refund my total fees of 15000/-, immediately...as I needed the money immediately.
