I'll take admission in frankfinn institute of airhostes in rajorigarden (Delhi)
Ill fill the registration fee -15000, on 4april 2019
I'll take laon as to complete my course of aviation from frankfinn and i submit allrequriment documents to divya mam and she take responsibility to complete laon processing in 15 days
Now complete more than 1month but no response is come from her
Even she don't take my calls and block my number
I'll request, the head of the frnkfinn take hardly reaction towarsds my complaint as soon as its possible

It's better to study in normal colleges...Proper regulations are there. This institute is just a crap and shows off all the time. They give lectures to the students saying grooming, appearance, skin routine and is not even declaring a summer vacation for a week. We students are literally burning, feeling sick bcoz of the scorching heat while travelling from far. In Every colleges holidays are declared bcoz of this terrible summer and this institute is such a crap, doesn't care for the students' well being. Only show-off !!!

This institute is just a waste of time and money. They just fake around things. Worst institute i have ever seen specialy the dehradun one they even dont have sense to talk with the students after taking the whole fee amount they even don't give response to students problems. Even they takes 2 to 3 months in completing just small thing which can be done in just 1 or 2 days. They even don't pick up the calls no response towards the students problem. They think that we are there slaves. I m really got frusted from this institute specially the dehradun one and thinking of doing case on it.

My course was completed in august 2018 but till now i have not received my certificates i have gone to chandigarh center more then three times and now they say you have not given your file and cd of crm and personality development but i have given my file and cd on time. My name is yashwardhan. I am belongs to a middle class family. I got admission in frankfinn institute indore then i paid 15000 as registration fee then due to faiancial problem i was not doing this course and i did not attend a single class of frankfinn now they are not refunding the fees and i also sent the mail to centre head but they are not refunding fee so please help me and take action as fast as possible.

Sir it's really a kind request that i need my registration fees of 15000rs refunded as now at my family my mom is the only one who is earning and that i don't have my father he passed away few months ago... And the house where we are leaving is also on rent it seems like we have a really hard time now to pay ahead... Since due to the my family condition i'm dropping the idea of doing this course...

Sir/mam mera exam 25th april ko hona tha exam related mne apne rajouri centre m information li to staff ne bola ki mera list me name nahi h head office janakpuri me call kro mne janakpuri call kia to unhone bhi koi statisfy ansr nhi dia daily dffrnt dffrnt no deke bolte h ki inme call kro... Sir mujhe frankfinn ki trf se exam letter mila tha or jis din mila mne evening m hi uska ansr letter m di hui mail m sand kia tha but mre exam ki details na hi rajouri center. M h na hi head office... Or us letter m likha tha ki it's a last schedule in galilio exam... Plz resolve my problem

Writing this complaint for refund of my 15000/- resignation fees. When we come for the inquiry they give us all fake promisee and give us 100% placement gareenty as well they told us that we will provide the air lines interview in vashi center and apart from this they didn't even inform that registration fees is not refundable and they literally force us to pay the amount by calling everyday twice and now because of my medical issues i am not able to do a further course and i also have a big financial problem... Plzz help me out to get my registration fees back...

Can you please call me as soon as possible need to talk urgently. I have some issues with my classes. My teachers teaching is very boring... Half of the students left the classes. And my swimming class is yet to be done... And not even telling date. And when will i get my certificates??? Please contact me as soon as possible. Or else my dad will take some action

I mailed to frankfinn's mail id. In which we get a solution for our problem but till now I don't receive any mail back from the frankfinn and still I am waiting for solution of my problem. And my problem is that the frankfinn is not allowing to me sit for more interviews I just only give one interview of immigration company but after the selection I said that I don't want to join that company. And when the next interviews comes in frankfinn institute related hospitality industry on that I don't get any notification from the frankfinn then asked the job placement Head (Mrs. Narender kaur) then she told me that you are blacklisted but I just want to know that what is my fault. How can I get a blacklist for interviews? But her answer is on that to me that you are blacklisted from head office so I also want to know from head office also.

According to the above subject i want to apply the application. My name is ajay dhanraj kahate, i took admission in your prestigious academy of air hostess training that is frankfinn institute before one month and i paid rs 15, 000 as a registration fee.

I decided to study there but my father is a poor farmer and due to our financial problem we can’t fill the remaining fees of the institute so my parents told me to cancle the admission.

Due to family issue i didn’t join the class and cource and not even single class i have attended. I asked them to refund my money, i am regularly calling from last 2 week they are not at all giving any response. Due to not get any response from institute, i get rs 2000 on interest from friend and i went to talk to the manager of frankfinn institute in pune.

When i went there, the manager asked me to write an application and i have given them written application and original receipts of fee payment. After giving the application the manager told me that due to 12th standerd’s examination i will forward your application after two month. I’m very upset, i am in very trouble.

I belong to a poor farmer’s family and rs 15, 000 is a very big deal to our family. I request you that kindly cancle my enrolment and refund my fee that is rs 15, 000/-.

I submitted rs 6, 000/- on 28th dec.2018 by google pay with transaction id[protected] and rs 9, 000/- on 31st dec.2018 by cheque no. 266063. Total submitted amount is rs 15, 000/-.

I am a poor student and cannot afford my remaining fee, so i want to request you that kindly refund my fee as soon as possible. If you cannot refund my fee i don’t have any option without suicide…

I am transfer case from dheradun center to south extension part 2 delhi center. I have paid my all entire fees. But three days before my south extension center said to me that you have paid fees but i paid all the fees my fees plan is 165000 inwhich i have to pay in 6 installments nd i had paid all the money now the south extension center said to me that call in dheradun center nd tell to them that email your fee plan now i am calling last three days to dheradun center there shalini mam which is boss i send tto mag also they seen that also i had called also but she can't recieved the phone. Plzz send my fee plan in south extension center plzz. Otherwise i complaint in consumer court after that i have no option

I am sakshi raghuvanshi. My id is (Fiat/drg/16-17/450). I basically belong to merrut and have completed my modules of aviation from rajouri garden. I have invested 2 lakh for my institution and didn’t even received my diploma. It’s very unfair and repugnant. I have been tired of visiting the institute in context of my pending diploma. It’s been more than an year and they haven’t conducted my travel exam which results my diploma haven’t received yet. My exam couldn’t submit due to the technical error in pc. Kindly conduct my exam and hand me over diploma because i cannot have more patience than this. Else, i will have to take some strict action now. Thankyou so much.

I lost my makeup kit in cabin and one of the mam found that kit she handover to the receptionist but the receptionist didn't put it in drawer but she left it on the desk and she said to me that it is not of any teacher thatswhy i didn't put it in drawer. Another part is i went to com. And said please show me the cctv footage but she didn't show me till now. I forgot my kit on 9th of feb nd didn't get yet. I asked them cctv because the reception is in the surveillance of cctv.
Kindly help me to get my kit or atleast i can see the footage so that i know if any outer person takeaway or by mistake someone put it somewhere... Please i am begging please help me out. Please🙏🙏

This is yaramasetti kiran sagar i have paid admissions fees of 15000.00 in the month of 2018 march due to family issues i could not join the course and have cancelled in the month of june 2018 and asked back for my refund, i shave spoken to mr suresh in accounts department and was promised a refund of 4500.00 in the month of july and untill date i have not received any refund.

I have been following up with the institute from july 2018 and have not received any proper response form them and now from frankfin staff has not picking up my calls.

I had a lot faith in the institute and never expected this i request you'll to please look into is and i do not want your company reputation by me filing a case in the consumer court.
