I want to say u that, i submit the fee 15000 in your institute but i did not attend any class in your institute and also i did not issue any types of books and uniform. I cannot understand what to do i want to joined but unfortunately becoz of family issues n fainalcial problem my family is migrating to another county and i can't
Do nothing in it n we are more need of money due to family issues so i request the head office to return my registration money. Because we are not going to waste the money and time that our parents have worked hard for. Plz reflect on this serious issue which involves lives of many families. Please refund my fee immediately

    Respected sir/mam,

    According to the above subject i want to apply the application. My name is ajay dhanraj kahate, i took admission in your prestigious academy of air hostess training that is frankfinn institute before one month and i paid rs 15, 000 as a registration fee.

    I decided to study there but my father is a poor farmer and due to our financial problem we can’t fill the remaining fees of the institute so my parents told me to cancle the admission.

    Due to family issue i didn’t join the class and cource and not even single class i have attended. I asked them to refund my money, i am regularly calling from last 2 week they are not at all giving any response. Due to not get any response from institute, i get rs 2000 on interest from friend and i went to talk to the manager of frankfinn institute in pune.

    When i went there, the manager asked me to write an application and i have given them written application and original receipts of fee payment. After giving the application the manager told me that due to 12th standerd’s examination i will forward your application after two month. I’m very upset, i am in very trouble.

    I belong to a poor farmer’s family and rs 15, 000 is a very big deal to our family. I request you that kindly cancle my enrolment and refund my fee that is rs 15, 000/-.

    I submitted rs 6, 000/- on 28th dec.2018 by google pay with transaction id[protected] and rs 9, 000/- on 31st dec.2018 by cheque no. 266063. Total submitted amount is rs 15, 000/-.

    I am a poor student and cannot afford my remaining fee, so i want to request you that kindly refund my fee as soon as possible. If you cannot refund my fee i don’t have any option without suicide…

      Dear all,
      This is siddhi nitin renuke i have paid admission fees and also batch start fees of 15, 000/- and 16, 000/- (Total 31, 000/-) and also given a post dated cheque of 96, 500/-. Due to personal problem i am not able to join the course and requesting you to cancel my admission.

        I am transfer case from dheradun center to south extension part 2 delhi center. I have paid my all entire fees. But three days before my south extension center said to me that you have paid fees but i paid all the fees my fees plan is 165000 inwhich i have to pay in 6 installments nd i had paid all the money now the south extension center said to me that call in dheradun center nd tell to them that email your fee plan now i am calling last three days to dheradun center there shalini mam which is boss i send tto mag also they seen that also i had called also but she can't recieved the phone. Plzz send my fee plan in south extension center plzz. Otherwise i complaint in consumer court after that i have no option

          I am sakshi raghuvanshi. My id is (Fiat/drg/16-17/450). I basically belong to merrut and have completed my modules of aviation from rajouri garden. I have invested 2 lakh for my institution and didn’t even received my diploma. It’s very unfair and repugnant. I have been tired of visiting the institute in context of my pending diploma. It’s been more than an year and they haven’t conducted my travel exam which results my diploma haven’t received yet. My exam couldn’t submit due to the technical error in pc. Kindly conduct my exam and hand me over diploma because i cannot have more patience than this. Else, i will have to take some strict action now. Thankyou so much.

              I lost my makeup kit in cabin and one of the mam found that kit she handover to the receptionist but the receptionist didn't put it in drawer but she left it on the desk and she said to me that it is not of any teacher thatswhy i didn't put it in drawer. Another part is i went to com. And said please show me the cctv footage but she didn't show me till now. I forgot my kit on 9th of feb nd didn't get yet. I asked them cctv because the reception is in the surveillance of cctv.
              Kindly help me to get my kit or atleast i can see the footage so that i know if any outer person takeaway or by mistake someone put it somewhere... Please i am begging please help me out. Please🙏🙏

                Dear all,
                This is yaramasetti kiran sagar i have paid admissions fees of 15000.00 in the month of 2018 march due to family issues i could not join the course and have cancelled in the month of june 2018 and asked back for my refund, i shave spoken to mr suresh in accounts department and was promised a refund of 4500.00 in the month of july and untill date i have not received any refund.

                I have been following up with the institute from july 2018 and have not received any proper response form them and now from frankfin staff has not picking up my calls.

                I had a lot faith in the institute and never expected this i request you'll to please look into is and i do not want your company reputation by me filing a case in the consumer court.

                  It has been up to 7 months since i've given my exam and finished my course but i haven't got my udaan certificate, galileo certificate and they didn't even can meet me for nsdc exam. I've already complained to the frankfinn centre of rajouri where i used to have class but they haven't given me any response.                           It would have been honoured for me as i, rahul pandit has been a student of yours prestigious institution frankfinn institute of air hostess training completed a 1 year diploma course in aviation, hospitality and travel management. I, rahul pandit batch - o3 (Session[protected] have completed a diploma course in the year of 2018. I have done all the module which were told to me during my admission. I know that your institution provides a good placement to the students in the hospitality field and been rewarded as a no 1 air hostess training institution in the country. English enhancer, personality development, aviation, gromming, travel, hospitality swimming all these module have been completed by me during the session.
                          Regarding about the placement, i have been placed in a 4 star hotel, the crown hotel, goa but due to my health issues i am unable to join the hotel in a specific time. The main point is that i want to sit for an interview (Whenever the interview is going to be held in the institution).

                          So as a student o[censored]r institution i would like to say that please look into this matter so that i can get my placement as soon as possible.

                          Is there any possibility to sit for 2nd interview so that I can join any hotel wherever I get placement

                            I, snehil shaji, am a trainee at frankfinn institute of air hostess training, bhopal branch of batch[protected]. I am writing this complaint regarding the constant delay and irresponsibility of the head office as we are not been assigned any trainer for our next module. We are waiting for about 3 weeks and still there is no positive response from the head office. And this is not the first time that we have to wait for our next module. Earlier too we waited for a month so our trainer can be assigned and our module can be started. But this continuous irregularity of the authority is not at all tolerant. Our time and money is being disrespected by such behaviour of head office. I humbly request to take this complaint really seriously and take positive action as soon as possible regarding the same or else we won't have any other choice but to fir an fir against the institute and demand our money back that our parents worked hard for.

                              Sir,
                              It's been a long while that we don't have a trainer for our further study here at bhopal center. We batch 2 had this problem earlier, and we were promised in the name of frankfinn brand that we would not face any such problems further in future again but this problem had erupted again. Sir we students had a long struggle back then and even now we are struggling for the continuation of our classes. I am the cr of this batch and it's definitely not easy time for me as well and so the representative i come to ask a hand of help from a worthy person like you. Sir, we want a solution in a this week. We had a conversation about this with our com and manager but they make false commitment about trainers not getting approved. When the trainer itself is not hired. They say it all depends on h o and we see no solution with the center staff. We came trusting this brand and now that trust has begun to shater now. Sir we want trainer any how i.in this weeks time. Or we want a refund. Other wise we will file a complain in police station and the consumer court. Sir, either the trainer or the refund no matter what.

                              I belive you would understand if you the state of hard time and help us out.
                              We will be highly obliged from the bottom of our hearts if you resolve this problem.

                              we have a trainer now but we won't have a trainer for the further module. so for the complaint has been resolved but I am sure it will erupt again.

                                Iam rashmi sharma from indore centre i have a complaint regarding my registration amount and some part of fee i have paid 15000 on 30/11/2018and 3000on 8/12/2108 to for it, bt before starting batch, my mother was met with an accident due to which i cant start my batch because all we had we paid in hospital, i also contacted to indore centre regarding this. We are in big need of money ri8 now we need refund please help regarding this... Hope ill get sort out of this issue soon...

                                  I, as a student, rahul pandit of frankfinn institute of air hostess training have completed the diploma course[protected]. All the teachers and staff of the institution were friendly to me and help me a lot during my completion of course. The point is that i have already completed my course and i already got placement in a 4 star hotel (The crown, goa) but due to my health issues am unable to join the hotel in a specific given time. So i would like to know that is there any possibility to attend another interview form the frankfinn so that i would get placed in a specific hotel

                                  - the traing contract which shows any promise by the trainingg / educational establishment,
                                  - paid invoices, which prove tuition or other fees,
                                  - any promissed made by edcational establshment.

                                  The author is advise to search the vacancy at relibaly sites and to address any questions to the service provider (educational establshment) at their places of the service: office or at the web site.

And this is not just the case once... This has happened for 3rd time in the institute and we want a positive response as soon as possible because of giving such a huge amount for our course is not a something... Almost of the students have taken loans for studying here and we don't teach faculty and our courses so why is this happening... We already tried to talk to our management in bhopal centre but are not getting response the only thing which is told to us is that... The faculty is not getting approved by head office so my parents are very eager to know why our course is getting on time and what you people will not respond in the way and we never get our things in time... This is too much and we want answer or else we will definitely going to file a fir... Just hoping for positive reply as soon as possible.
