I aftab shaikh ex-student of frankfinn institute batch no - an4 mumbai. I had requested the institute to return back my in-flight training fees and they promised to return it back in 45 days. But perhaps its more than 45 days now and i have not received my cheque yet and when i called in the andheri branch they said to wait for a week more. So kindly approve my request and help me to get my refundable fees as soon as possible

    I have registered myself for diploma in "Aviation hospitality and traveling manangement" in jaipur branch of "franklinn institute of air hostess training". I got hit by a car while driving and had sever injuries. I wasadmitted to the hospital and just got discharged. I am still recuperating.
    so i am unable to attend the classes and request you to refund. It would be helpful if you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I had my interview today in rajouri branch. I was sitting in room no.4 at the front left corner on the second column wearing pink shirt waiting for my turn. I left the room between 11:30-12:15 pm after i left the room for my interview.in between that time only someone stole ₹500 from my wallet. Please check the cctv of room no.4 from 11:30-12:15pm

            As i’m have studied 1 year ago in frankfinnn and completed all my modules all my fees is ckear as shalini mam of head office and chintu sir of preet vihar institute cleared that but still didn’t get the reqson that why i’m not getting my # diploma. I visited my branch n no. Of times have a word with n no. Of peoples over the call and everyone says u will get that soon as its already 1 yr over since i completed my diploma.               I'm the student o[censored]r institute nd the reason of giving complaint is that im complaining about vashi centre the thing which i want to say is that the staff or the members who are there in the vashi centre are not gud they teach us (Students) that how to talk with ur customer or guest or elder younger but it seems like they don't have any manners in our centre the girls grooming room is too small that's why sometime when we get late we use staff washroom just to change cloth but mam which r there they shout on ourself which is not gud coz we have to reach in the class on time so if we use the washroom so she can't shout on ourself it's not our fault that the room is too short

                Frankfinn is world's number training institute. It is true only because they don't care about their employees in their bpo unit. They believe in hire and fire culture. The gm of the bpo unit is refferred by the vp of the bpo and that's where the trouble starts. They are going running a company they are running a jungle where the rule is simple "do what we want u to do, or else u r out".

                  Respected sir,
                  My name is deepansh malviya, a student of your institute, bhopal centre, persuading my aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service diploma. I took admission in may 2017. As far as i knew it should be one year course (Diploma) and i have passed that time period but still only 4 modules are completed, that are - english effective communication skills; grooming; swimming; and travel. And in that too i didn’t got english module till now also for swimming a pool which was very far from the institute with no facilities and dirty water was provided to us which was closed for 10 days as the local newspaper printed the news of pool being dirty and for travel they hired some local, untrained trainer to teach us. Also for swimming we didn't got any trainer from frankfinn. Sir, we took admission here so that we can learn from well trained frankfinn trainers and not some local people.
                  My problem basically are:-
                  1. The course has been extended for a long period now with irregular classes and no cover up classes.
                  2. No professional trainers by head office.
                  3. Centre head forcing us to shut our mouth and false promises are done to manipulate us to not to complain.
                  4. Wrong eligibility criteria displayed in the centre, which is misguiding students and giving them false hopes for placements.
                  5. Before admission they assured us 99% guarantee of our placement and now they are backing off by giving the code of conduct, in which its printed that no guarantee of placements are there and this was not told to us till 8 months of course duration.
                  6. They said they have a tie-up with vlcc for our grooming classes and they will be providing us makeup kits but nothing as such happened and we had to buy products ourselves.
                  7. They made us rome around the schools during board exams of students in schools for their advertisement thing.
                  8. They aren’t providing equipments required for our proper training. Such as safety kit etc.
                  9. Making false promises and hiding the truth about trainer not being well whereas the ex faculty says that she resigned due to equipments weren’t provided to her.
                  10. Taking cash as fine for not being in uniform and attending classes.
                  11. Not giving proper information about when the classes are resuming everytime.
                  12. Deceiving students and parents trust on the brand “frankfinn”
                  13. When we complain about it to the center sales manager and center operation manager, they manipulate us everytime and give us false hopes for conducting classes asap.
                  14. No proper infrastructure provided - class are not sound proof, grooming room is too small. Proper hygiene is not maintained.
                  15. Making some frabkfinn students, who are good in english teach the students at frankfinn for free.

                  16. They are not following head office rules and not forwarding correct information to them.

                  Sir, we students took admissions due to the trust in brand and have paid huge amounts of fees so that we can gain knowledge and get trained properly with proper trainers and proper placements.
                  By this i wanted the clarification of my points because this fraud can’t be tolerated till long

                        As admission. Then due some problems i was unable to take admission. So i called them, they said u will get your admission fees only which is rs.9300 within 40 to 50 days, i agreed. And now i am waiting for the refund. Please help me out with it as soon as possible.

                            Respected sir
                            I am vaibhav singh chouhan a student of frankfinn. I'm doing my aviation, hospitality, travel management diploma from frankfinn bhopal. There are a lot of problems which are as follows -
                            1- our english classes are being conducted from the time i have taken admission and i already know english when rebled about they make fake promessies
                            2-they don't have proper trainers and hiring local people to teach us. When asked why, they say head office is not providing us trainers. And # to us about the lazy work of headoffice.
                            3-when enquieing bout all this the, they scare us with our place ment
                            4-at the time of admission they have a proper sceam of fooling the customer and distracting the customer and getting him to sign all the paper so that he donot understand the initials and being ammazed by the proffesion sign all the document which is against the indian judiciary.
                            5-during admission they told us a lot of lies-
                            5.1-they said they will take 99% guarantee of our placement and now they are backing off.
                            5.2-when we submitted our fee, they initially gave a receipt which had information only about the amount and confirmation of fee deposited. But later on they exchanged those receipts with electronic receipts which had certain statements that we were not informed about.
                            5.3-they said they have a tie-up with vlcc for our grooming classes and they will be providing us makeup kits. But at the end we had to purchase that ourselves and no vlcc trainer was provided.
                            5.4-they said they'll complete the syllabus on time and by the end of 1 year we would be having job in our hand, which as per current situations is not going to happen any time soon.
                            6-they treat us as if we are just here to give money
                            7-they don't have any necessary equipments required for our proper training. When asked they said we donot have funds for it. How can this be when 1 student is paying 2lakh rupies and now in frankfinn there woud be nore than 200 students
                            8-making false promises and hiding the truth - our grooming and aviation trainer resigned because they were not providing her any thing for our class like safety kit, cutlery and many other necessary equipment required for proper training. They wanted her as well to fool us. For whish she denied and was fired
                            9-asking students to collect money for unofficial use in order to celebrate instead which should be taken from offfice people
                            10- breeching our and our parent's trust on frankfinn. And also diverting the parents with there false promises
                            11-playing with students future. And money
                            12-when we complain about it to the center sales manager and center operation manager, they lie to us and give us false hopes and promisses. And try to cover the there freud
                            13-no proper infrastructure provided - class are not sound proof, grooming room is too small. Proper hygiene is not maintained. And students complaints are unheard as they have got no value.
                            14-making some frankfinn students who are good in english teach the students at frankfinn.in the name of part of training
                            15-they recent gave an add in dainik bhaskar new paper regarding requirement of trainers for every module. Which means again not so trained trainers
                            16-they are not following head office rules and not forwarding correct information to them.
                            Sir at the end of the story this is a huge scam of crores of money and from which i think only you can save use
                            I belive that you would have understood my problem and would definately do something

                              I'm srishti gupta and i 'm a student of frankfinn institute bhopal, batch ii.
                              I'm doing aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service diploma from frankfinn bhopal.
                              There are so many problems, and i want to tell you as well.
                              1-they did so many fake promises at the time of seminar and at the time of admission as well.
                              2-there is no proper eligibility criteria, at the time of admission we've to fill a form and then they'll check our height and weight, and if our bmi is under or above or our height is less than 155 cm then also we are getting admission, i don't know on what basis, and giving the hope for bright future.
                              3- at the time of admission they promised that they 'll provide vlcc makeup kit, and vlcc trainer as well to girls but at last what happened they have to buy makeup kit by their own.
                              4- we must get full uniform from frankfinn, but what we get was two shirts, two trousers and a tie even they didn't provide a belt, and what girls get was two shirts, two skirts and one scarf that's all, even they promised that they'll get saries also but atlast they have to buy sari also by their own.
                              5- at the time of my seminar seminar they didn't told us about in-flight training, and it costs 11, 210 with no facilities and when i asked about in-flight training to my center operation manager she replied that my child may be we 've skipped that part in seminar, how is it possible that someone can skip this part.
                              5-according to the rules and regulations frankfinn institute can't take any kind of fine from students except fees but they are taking.
                              6- according to the rules and regulations their is a particular time duration for particular subject and max. Is 45 days, but my communication class went for more then three months.
                              6- there is no trainer in the centre that's why they are giving advertisements in danik bhaskar.
                              7- there is no particular amount of fees for the students, some students are giving 1, 65000 on the other hand some are giving 1, 85000.
                              8- those students who are a bit weak in english our institute planned to give an extra class to them and that class went for two weeks only i guess and, who was teaching them student of batch 1 just because she was interested, i think so it is against the noms of frankfinn.
                              9- playing with our futures.
                              10- even they are not following the rules and regulations given by ho people.
                              11- they are conducting classes on national holidays as well.
                              12- no proper hygiene in grooming room and washrooms, it's not convenient as well, grooming room is too small.
                              Sir/ ma'am i took admission in this institute to make my dream come true, but i don't think so it worths. Here we are paying huge amount but not getting anything. We all know that frankfinn institute is world's no one airhostes training center but i guess i was wrong and because of some branches the reputation of frankfinn also lowers down.
                              So i request you to take immediate action against it.

                                My name is kajal narwaria and i'm a student of frankfinn. I'm doing my aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service diploma from frankfinn bhopal. I took admission in august 2017. Sir, it's a 1 year diploma course and i have crossed that duration but still only 4 modules are completed, that are - english effective communication skills; grooming; swimming; and travel. And for swimming and travel they hired some local people to teach us. Our travel trainer was some travel company owner and for swimming we didn't got any trainer from frankfinn. Sir, we took admission here so that we can learn from well trained frankfinn trainers and not some local people. There are a lot of problems as well which i have stated below -
                                1- extending course for so long and when asked about it they make false promises of giving extra classes.
                                2-they don't have proper trainers and hiring local people to teach us. When asked why, they say head office is not providing us trainers.
                                3-untrained staff who doesn't follow head office rules and ask us to cooperate and keep our mouth shut.
                                4-giving admission to students who are not eligible for this course and giving them false hopes of a bright future.
                                5-during admission they told us a lot of lies-
                                5.1-they said they will take 99% guarantee of our placement and now they are backing off.
                                5.2-when we submitted our fee, they initially gave a receipt which had information only about the amount and confirmation of fee deposited. But later on they exchanged those receipts with electronic receipts which had certain statements that we were not informed about.
                                5.3-they said they have a tie-up with vlcc for our grooming classes and they will be providing us makeup kits. But at the end we had to purchase that ourselves and no vlcc trainer was provided.
                                5.4-they said they'll complete the syllabus on time and by the end of 1 year we would be having job in our hand, which as per current situations is not going to happen any time soon.
                                6-they made us rome around the schools for their advertisement to make people aware about frankfinn and ask them for their no.
                                7-they don't have any necessary equipments required for our proper training.
                                8-making false promises and hiding the truth - our grooming and aviation trainer resigned because they were not providing her any thing for our class like safety kit, cutlery and many other necessary equipment required for proper training.
                                9-its clearly mentioned in frankfinn's rules that no faculty or staff is allowed to take any sort fine but still they are asking for fine.
                                10- breeching our and our parent's trust on frankfinn.
                                11-playing with students future.
                                12-when we complain about it to the center sales manager and center operation manager, they lie to us and give us false hopes and promisses.
                                13-no proper infrastructure provided - class are not sound proof, grooming room is too small. Proper hygiene is not maintained.
                                14-making some frabkfinn students who are good in english teach the students at frankfinn.
                                15-they recent gave an add in dainik bhaskar new paper regarding requirement of trainers for every module.
                                16-they are not following head office rules and not forwarding correct information to them.

                                Sir, we took admission in frankfinn and paid a huge amount of fee because we trusted it. We knew it was the best air hostess training institute but i guess i was wrong. If such things continue to happen, this will surely lead to the fall of frankfinn and will break millions of people's trust.
                                I request you to take immediate and effective action againgt this.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  My name is mallika sharma, a student of your institute, bhopal centre, persuading my aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service diploma. I took admission in may 2017. As far as i knew it should be one year course (Diploma) and i have passed that time period but still only 4 modules are completed, that are - english effective communication skills; grooming; swimming; and travel. And in that too i didn’t got english module till now also for swimming a pool which was very far from the institute with no facilities and dirty water was provided to us which was closed for 10 days as the local newspaper printed the news of pool being dirty and for travel they hired some local, untrained trainer to teach us. Also for swimming we didn't got any trainer from frankfinn. Sir, we took admission here so that we can learn from well trained frankfinn trainers and not some local people.
                                  My problem basically are:-
                                  1. The course has been extended for a long period now with irregular classes and no cover up classes.
                                  2. No professional trainers by head office.
                                  3. Centre head forcing us to shut our mouth and false promises are done to manipulate us to not to complain.
                                  4. Wrong eligibility criteria displayed in the centre, which is misguiding students and giving them false hopes for placements.
                                  5. Before admission they assured us 99% guarantee of our placement and now they are backing off by giving the code of conduct, in which its printed that no guarantee of placements are there and this was not told to us till 8 months of course duration.
                                  6. They said they have a tie-up with vlcc for our grooming classes and they will be providing us makeup kits but nothing as such happened and we had to buy products ourselves.
                                  7. They made us rome around the schools during board exams of students in schools for their advertisement thing.
                                  8. They aren’t providing equipments required for our proper training. Such as safety kit etc.
                                  9. Making false promises and hiding the truth about trainer not being well whereas the ex faculty says that she resigned due to equipments weren’t provided to her.
                                  10. Taking cash as fine for not being in uniform and attending classes.
                                  11. Not giving proper information about when the classes are resuming everytime.
                                  12. Deceiving students and parents trust on the brand “frankfinn”
                                  13. When we complain about it to the center sales manager and center operation manager, they manipulate us everytime and give us false hopes for conducting classes asap.
                                  14. No proper infrastructure provided - class are not sound proof, grooming room is too small. Proper hygiene is not maintained.
                                  15. Making some frabkfinn students, who are good in english teach the students at frankfinn for free.

                                  16. They are not following head office rules and not forwarding correct information to them.

                                  Sir, we students took admissions due to the trust in brand and have paid huge amounts of fees so that we can gain knowledge and get trained properly with proper trainers and proper placements.
                                  By this i wanted the clarification of my points because this fraud can’t be tolerated till long

                                  we all are facing so many problems and our future is at stake because of these people.
                                  we want clarification as soon as possible.
                                  If i would have known Frankfinn is such a fake institution i would have never taken admission here.
                                  yes i agree there was a temporary issue but now it has been resolved and taken care by the centre nicely the entire team is polite and humble and infra too has been developed.
                                  Our all above mentioned issues are resolved now and classes too are going good.
                                  Finally problem is solved now.
                                  classes are going good now, and they provide very good faculty to us.
