My brother chintan desai was studying in franklin institute ahmadabad for 2-3 months, after that he wants to transfer to surat for the same course. He requested his transfer in ending of august month, that time his madam told him that he will be shifted to surat within 15-20 days. But now after 25 days she said that we done our paper work completed but authorities didn't do anything for that, that's why it's not our problem. Now she says...

They hav alloted 1.27lakh n 1.5 lak from both. So they have to return 75 thousands... So from 40 days we are asking... They are giving some # reasons.. Making us to wander here n there sooo please...
